went inside to ORDER FOOD and charge my phone, was looking at the mcdonalds app for probably 10 minutes deciding and an employee walks up to catch an attitude about the 15 minutes and asked if we were going to order. i said yes and he said “oh your stuff isnt charging anymore by the way i turned off the outlets” after i said i was ordering YALL SOME CLOWNS enjoy ur $13 an hour

Stopped by McDonald’s for breakfast and was greeted by Rosa, who was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly, upbeat, and made sure everything in my order was hot, fresh, and exactly right. You can tell she really cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. Her positive attitude made the whole place feel brighter — the kind of service that makes you want to come back. Great job, Rosa! McDonald’s is lucky to have you.

I’m sorry to say this but I gotta rate you 2 stars. I JUST ordered breakfast through the app and while the sandwiches were fine, the hash brown look and taste oily, and old. They are hard to eat and tastes like they’ve been sitting out for several hours under a hot light. Unacceptable you are a BILLION dollar company. Not to mention the fact that at night you with ration you’re sweet tea and cut it with unsweetened tea to make it last. DO BETTER.

Rude staff, had a drive through code and they made me park for “2 min” had me waiting over 10min in which they had already served the whole line before and after me, not for a huge order just 2 hashbrowns. Girl came out laughing to give me my order. Drive through should not be taking 10+ min if I knew i would’ve gone inside and waited the 10+ min there

Breakfast sandwich was improperly handled but served anyway. My 13 year old had started eating it before noticing small hairs and fuzz on the item. I called the restaurant, and Maria was courteous and helpful. She said she’d talk to the person working the breakfast sandwich station and offered a voucher for a replacement. I thanked her for the voucher but let her know I am not comfortable returning if food handling is not dealt with.

Renovated McDonald’s . I have never been in a such quit and clean McDonald’s before. New furniture and design. There is an electrical charging station. What a nice place for those who drives electric car. I liked it.

Second time going into a McDonald’s to use a kiosk to order food and what a delight it is to use. You can customize your order as much as you want and then they just bring it to your table number. Perfect. Minimal interaction with another human being! I so have a soft spot for McDonald’s fries so love to treat myself and the wife. Staff here are friendly from the minimal interaction I had. Hopefully more McDonald’s convert to this way of service.
