On 12/13/25 I came to pickup an order for my friend and grab something for myself. I went to the self service kiosk to use a reward and the screen froze when adding an item. I went to the counter and explained this to the young kid working the counter and got no response. I said I was trying to order a drink and a large fry and the screen froze can you just ring me up here. I showed him my code and when he told me the total it was incorrect. I again explained what happened with the kiosk and he said the code you showed now didn’t have a deal. I explained again what happened and asked why he couldn’t just take care of it. Then he asked what I think was a manager and she just told me you can’t use the deals for another 15 minutes and I had to explain to her what happened and that’s why I came to the counter for help. She reiterated what she already told me until I was like you really aren’t going to help because the kiosk froze. She told the young kid to just charge for the drink and give me a fry and he gave me a medium instead of the large I asked for but I didn’t have the patience to go back and forth with them again. I then asked for pickup order for my friend and showed them the order. They said they didn’t have it but I told them she already paid for and ordered it. I was then told by the manager I think that you need be in the McDonalds with your phone for the order to go through. I then explained that’s not how order pickup works and the whole point is to have the food ready when you arrive within the time frame. She insisted you have to be onsite for order pickups to go through. I stepped aside and had my friend call the McDonalds and they figured it out. The young kid then came over said they had the order now and handed me all the cups to make all the drinks(10 total) myself instead of preparing them as he should have. Eventually I got the food and left after I had to explain how things work to the employees and prep all my drinks myself. I felt like I worked there after this whole ordeal.

We came here on Sunday, October 26, 2025, and we didn’t have any problems. The drive thru was fast and efficient and the person who took our order was very nice and friendly. The food tastes good (as always) and there was no wait. (Written 11-3-25)

Everytime I pass by, the employees are usually very friendly. My food is hot majority of the time and they always get my food right! And they have a spacious parking lot! It faces a little pond and is nice if you want to eat in your car.

Pulled into the drive thru at 9:50. Waited for someone to answer the intercom and nothing, waited a couple more minutes, still nothing. Pulled up to the window to see if i could place an order, one male and one female worker too busy playing in their phones.

I will say the woman taking order was FABULOUS! She is a professional multitasker. What I don’t appreciate is the woman who is handing out the food being rude, especially when I have to come back in and she is sitting there talking about me while I am right there.

We had a great time here, kids loved it. If you have younger kids / kids who don’t sleep through the night, mornings are tough. Stores / water park doesn’t open until later in the morning. We ended up leaving the hotel to get breakfast, explore etc because nothing was open.

pklhis McDonald’s has a nice big Oakland for kids. One star of because they’re usually pretty lax in enforcing the rules in the playland. Food is good and the employees are courteous.Today a couple of 16 year old boys were playing in the playland one with his shirt off and one barefoot. The manager came in and scolded them until they left. It was very refreshing. For healthy food, they have a couple if good salads, but the rest is junk. I come here with my 5 year old about twice a month.
Dec. 2017 update: They’ve remodeled they place! New Play Place, and only two human cashiers now. They’ve added a computer cashier, which we can use when paying with a card. The new Play Place is awesome, I’m told by my 5 year old. See pix. (Gray is new)
I’m leaving the review at 4 stars, because I don’t trust their food. The salads seem safe; they even use Newman’s Own dressings. Is like to see more whole and natural food options, even if it’s more expensive.

We got a drive through order. And for that we did pulled up to the speaker and provided our code for it. It was not clear in which window we need to go because whoever was telling me that was not loud enough and enthusiastic. After we pulled up to the next window and nobody ask what’s the order or something like that. Worker was trying to get us the wrong order. I told her that we didn’t order that and in return I got attitude and yelling. I did provide my code and they told me my name. So they should be aware who is next in the line. And I was told that I need to go around again even though I told my code. And by the way, food was cold so I don’t understand why it took so much time even to give it to us.

HORRIBLE… HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.. I placed an order on the app, and came through drive thru and provide my code from the app, and they didn’t have my order, couldn’t find my code, couldn’t find anything, wouldn’t even make my order when it was PAID FOR, and receipt was showed that it was paid for along with my CODE. I had MY FAMILY waiting on food. NEVER WILL I EVER COME BACK TO THIS MCDONALD WITH THE DISRESPECT FROM EMPLOYEES AND MANAGEMENT.

So I asked the burger with mayo and some extras. They forgot the mayo, so I asked for an exchange and they brought me without any extra but mayo added… Also some pickles which stem was on. Feels not welcomed.
