I came to this McDonald’s on Tuesday, October 28, 2025. We just went through the drive through and it was quick and easy. The food tasted good and we were in and out of the line in 10 minutes. Absolutely zero complaints. Will definitely be back if in the FRG area again. (Written 11-4-25)

Its becoming tiresome to hear about understaffing. If you are understaffed then current staff must apologize for making customers wait in line 20+minutes at 4 PM! I am very disappointed in how this location has gone from pretty reliable to terrible service.
On a different day: See photos as to what I ordered (scrambled eggs) and what I was given (hotcakes and sausage) most of us don’t have time to babysit the staff and double check that we are being given what we ordered.

Ordered a coffee at 7:15 PM and it’s barely lukewarm. This is a problem at many McDonald’s restaurants. I’ve said it before if you’re not gonna serve hot coffee after morning then take it off the menu & consider it a breakfast item.

Ordered for the family on the app. I customized my 1/4 pounder. They not only didn’t do what I asked but it wasn’t warm. We waited a little longer bc they needed to make fries mine we cold. The rest were hot.

At noon on Sunday with one car in the drive thru, 6 tables were dirty. “Sit anywhere you like if you can find a clean table.” I told the person at the counter I would’ve rather sat up front but the table was dirty. I pointed to dirty tables nearby and he said he’d get someone to clean them. We ate and left after 10 minutes and the tables weren’t cleaned.

I never eaten meat a day in my life. Been vegetarian for 34 years. But when I went to McDonald’s they gave me meat on a no meat order and then I got sick in the morning… like mild sickness symptoms… I figure it was a hate crime… and these days the French fries never good at McDonald’s anymore.. zero star review in FRG

So many McDonald’s are hit or miss but this one has been a pretty consistent hit! Staff has always been very friendly, wait times have been minimal, and most importantly they have always gotten my order right! Compare it to the one right down the road in Algonquin and it’s night and day. Will go out of my way to stop here instead of there in the morning for breakfast. Recommend!
