Don’t go here if you want your order made correctly. Just came through at 5:30pm and ordered 2 snack wraps: no ranch or lettuce, extra cheese. So what should I get? Tortilla, chicken, & cheese. What I end up getting in the wraps is extra lettuce. I pull around the drive through again, hand them both wraps & my receipt (which has my order correct), and politely say the order is incorrect. They take the food and receipt, then come back and ask how I want them prepared. I’m sorry, can you not read the receipt or the label that’s on the wrapper? I say exactly how I want them then wait another minute or two. They hand me my supposedly corrected order and I leave. What do I find when I open the wraps? No lettuce, no cheese, but I do find ranch. They messed up the order twice even after I clearly stated what I wanted. Incompetent night time staff. I will not be returning.

The employee at the first window rushed us while we were ordering, yet when we pulled up to pay, he appeared to be engaged in a personal conversation on his phone.

There was a complete lack of customer service. He took our card without saying a word, did not acknowledge us, and handed it back just as silently. No greeting, no confirmation, no professionalism. At the time, no one else was around him, yet we could hear him speaking about unrelated and inappropriate topics instead of focusing on customers.

I understand everyone has off days, but basic courtesy and attention to customers should still be a priority. This experience made us feel rushed, ignored, and uncomfortable, and it’s not what you expect from a business serving the public. This happens on 1/6/2026 at 7:51pm if you would like to track what employee this was.

This is by far the worst McDonald’s. Service is terrible. If you’re going to work in the food industry the least you could do is say hello to your customers. Order is always wrong, things are always missing. When we order thorough door dash or Uber eats this location always cancels my order. Just shut this location down.

2nd speaker doesn’t work. Management is aware of it, employee said it’s been an issue for a while. Never got an apology. Manager was there and never bothered to explain the issue or that they’re aware of the issue. Place is a joke. Gathered all the employees in the kitchen to look at 2 orders on the screen. This place needs new management

Waited over 10 minutes for my order with no line present and they messed up every item. On top of that my food was literally soaked with grease and completely inedible. I’m very familiar with acceptable quality fast food and this was not it. The manager refused to refund my clearly incorrectly made food and I left with a bag of garbage and $15 wasted. I don’t like to leave reviews, especially negative ones but this experience was outstanding so I thought I had to share. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Don’t walk from this location, run.

Kids love this mcdonalds the play place there was amazing. I have to tell a quick story. It was mother’s day and my husband had to work, I was stressed, kids were being wild. I took them here and when the staff brought us our food they told me happy mothers day and gave me a rose. I almost broke down in tears. It was so sweet.

We stopped by at 11:20 when this location states that it closes at midnight. We were not the only car asking for food and drinks. They turned all cars away, despite still being open. BIG heads up for mangers – this location is closing over 40 minutes before stated on a Saturday evening. Why list that you’re open until midnight if this 1) not true and 2) not implemented by employees. Fix the hours listed online or clarify employee expectations.

Ordered a filet with extra tarter sauce. I can’t tell if this is a sarcastic joke or an extreme lack of basic competence on how to use the simple mechanical tools of one’s trade. You have to he able to tell this looks like a vomit sandwich, so why send it out? Not worth the $15 dollars they’re forced to pay their workers.

Drive thru was down today due to updating systems so they couldn’t take mobile orders through the drive thru so I went inside and my app wasn’t allowing me to change my pick up type and the manager let me use her reward so I could still get my discount today and she was very nice! Thank you!
