Bacon QPC MEAL & fries, Cold. An Indian gentleman requested that I pull forward with after giving my bottled water with no reason. There was no line.
Had a young female employee. get all bundled up to bring cold food outside in the cold weather.
If the food was fresh and hot and that was the reason that would have been acceptable.
Additionally there were two females speaking two different sentences.
One saying welcome back while the other was saying, did you use the app.
This is not worth 10$

We went through the drive-thru, and they never asked if I wanted sauce for my sausage burrito or sugar in my coffee—so I ended up with neither. Then they didn’t give me the sandwich I paid for (over 5 dollars). I had to drive back and go inside to fix it. Honestly, this isn’t the first time at this location. I really hope McDonald’s management sees this and gives staff some training on being more attentive

I used to work nights and McDonalds is the only place usually open. The night shift staff is amazing! Sometimes those short conversations would turn my whole night around. I hope the night shift staff knows how great they are and how I appreciate them! I know it’s “just a McDonalds” but the staff being so kind and friendly makes such a difference!!

Ok, I have to give a shout out to all the workers in the drive thru, as that’s all I use.
Every single time they’ve been pleasant, quick, and they’ve never messed up my order! Typically, I get bagged ice there bc it’s cheaper than Jewel. Or a chicken sandwich, or ice cream cone, or gift certificates. The ice cream machine was never broken when I went there, which I hear is not usual for other locations.
This store is consistently good and I’ve never been disappointed!

Obviously the food is delicious here. Can’t really say no to McDonalds. The fries can be a bit cold sometimes and though. Just got to try the new Chicken BigMac. Absolutely delicious. Just as, and if not, better than the BigMac. I did see some people complain about their food and they handled it calmly and respectfully. Clean restaurant but the tables might beed to be check on here and there.

Fourth time in a row , they forgot our fries. Fries are usually cold or soggy 90% of the time anyway. Still you pay for something you should get it without hassle. Have little kids so do curbside and eveytime ask them is this everything as I cant drag 2 car seats inside with me if they miss something. Call them as I found out about 2 blocks away and they asked if that was all I was missing. I said yes and they asked what I ordered and how…told them used the app and it was the 2 cheeseburger pack. I was promptly told that I got more than half my food and they couldnt refund me through the app, then hung up. I didnt even ask for a refund yet and was just gonna come back for the fries but now I have half a mind to call corporate on them. Unless you have no where else to go or eat, I wouldnt go here.

I consistently find hair in my food. Always getting the orders wrong. Food is cold or stale. I get it’s fast food and I shouldn’t be expecting much, but I mean come on. Save the money and go to the Taco Bell across the street.
Update: I went back and there was brown stuff smeared all over this…what the heck.
Update: This lady literally doesn’t know how to listen to my order. I’ve come here a couple times this past month, every time I have to repeat myself 3 or 4 times and she still gets it wrong. Maybe if she stopped interrupting me while I order I wouldn’t have to repeat myself 8 times. I’m not a Karen btw, this is simply a terrible place with lazy employees
So I literally had to repeat my order 3 times at the speaker, correct her at the window, and they still messed it up when they gave it to me. It’s literally not that hard of a job, they are just being lazy and not paying attention.
Update: ordered this and it came completely burnt. Like it was basically charcoal and it tasted like ashes. Look at it, it had to be smoking inside the toaster. How do you give that to a customer…poor management as always.

The lady working was completely rude asked me to come inside to pickup my order then had the doors locked and made me wait outside in the cold for my food absolutely ridiculous.

Waited several mins for my food. I asked about it. After I asked, they took it outside even tho I ordered inside. The woman came back in and said the customer mustve left. I told them it was my food and theyvsaid it would be ready in a minute. I asked for a refund. T
