Ordered an egg, sausage, cheese biscuit with no sausage and it only came with cheese & sausage! Also ordered a bagel breakfast sandwich and it came with no breakfast sauce. Tried calling the store, no one answered and their voicemail is full so you can’t even leave a message.

The best customer service at this location over & over. It doesn’t matter if it’s breakfast at 7am or dinner at 10 pm this location has the best staff around…to compliment a solid menu of selections. My family loves our local McDonald’s!!

Manager doesn’t speak English when I ask an employee for help they proceed to tell me they can’t do anything. Worst location of my life, don’t believe there should be a non English speaking manager on the clock when a lot of the employees main language is English

I was here just to redeem a coupon for a free ice cream cone that I won from the Barrington Area Library, and the people inside still exceeded my expectations. The people were friendly, the workers were efficient, and the food, or in this case, my ice cream, was very superb. Personally, I think the place looked a lot better than the last year I came here, so if you’re wanting to go to McDonald’s, this location may be better than the others.

I am in the area 2 to 3 times a month. After coming here the first time about a year ago, I now make sure to visit this location every time I’m in the area. I mainly drink coffee, which always seems to be fresh. However, if I choose something to eat, I’m surprised at its freshness every time. I have found that too many McDonald’s in the last couple of years have kept coffee way too long and still serve it to their customers, or that the food tastes like it’s been under the heat lamp for several hours. I don’t know if the excellence at this McDonald’s is a credit to management or the directive of the ownership. I wish the McDonalds in my area were this good. Go there today and see for yourselves.

Everything’s great over here except the fact they went to the remote or kiosk the digital screen sometimes it works sometimes it does it what I’m saying is sometimes it shows your number up on the monitor sometimes it doesn’t so you’re sitting there wondering if you’re freaking order went through then you got to ask and talk to people anyway so you’re not sitting there like an idiot well anyway everybody have a good day take care and go back to hands on people hands on customer service I don’t like talking to a robot

The drive through had a couple cars and I didn’t want to eat while driving, so went inside to order as there were only 2 people inside.
Took over 10 minutes for food
Nuggets were cold
The fries not only were cold but they tasted like they were old fries put back in the oil to reheat them.
The chicken sandwich was ok
The regular Coke tasted like it was half regular and half diet.

WARNING – be extremely careful at this location. They display one price on their menu boards but charge you more at the register. When I asked and brought it up to the manager he said it was all done digitally. He noted that YES the prices were different, but that he was not going to adjust the price to match the menu price. Extremely sketchy and I feel like perhaps not entirely legal to advertise one price and refuse to honor it. All in all just avoid this location.
