I would like to report an issue with my recent visit. Initially, I didn’t receive the ice cream I ordered, and the wrap I specifically requested without cheese was given to me with cheese, even though the receipt showed the correct order.

After I reported the issue, the staff did give me the ice cream and replaced the wrap, which I appreciate. However, while I was eating inside, a customer from the drive-thru came in saying that five cars behind her had already been served while she still hadn’t received her food. This made the service feel quite disorganized.

I hope these issues can be addressed to improve the overall experience.

The atmosphere is good, but the food is horrible, dry, and salty. The service is non-existent, and they ran out of the tent thingies, but they don’t even run the food to the tents. Their bathroom do not have any diaper changing tables, so you know where diapers are being changed…

I mistakenly placed an order through the app in the wrong location the manager who was down right rude swearing at me , over me trying to figure out how to get the order cancelled and refunded for no resolution to be made. I was too far from the store to pick it up. The order changed after the first call saying I physically picked it up. I probably just paid for their lunch. Find a new store manager McDonald’s. I was polite from the start

In the drive-through they ask you to pull forward for anything more than a coffee. I order a single meal and I am asked to pull forward every single time. It is then between 3-10 minutes I have to wait in the parking lot while they serve the people behind me. What is the point of trying to hit your drive-through metrics if it effectively just makes people wait elsewhere?

Whoever manages this McDonald’s is a flipping saint. It’s one I frequent quite often and there doesn’t seem to be a time when someone’s not yelling or berating the staff about something wrong about their meal. And almost 100% of the time it’s the customer that is bat guano crazy.
There was a guy that was ready to jump over the counter because there wasn’t enough onions on his hamburger he opened it up and it was tons of onions on it he wanted a full cup of onions and he was berating them and swearing at them so bad. The manager kept their composure and offered a more onions like a true champion.
Hey folks when you’re out there remember these people are trying as hard as I can to do their job be kind to them.
The staff is really really friendly add services quick. Like a good old regular McDonald’s. What more do you need

Good Luck.
Went through the drive-thru tonight with a simple order. Waited for over 20mins after paying. Went in the restraunt and asked about my order. They gave it to someone else. Had to wait longer, then they shorted us an order of fries. I get it, it’s hard to find people willing to work for $15 an hour. But, can you at least train those who are willing to work? The last three times I’ve reluctantly been to this McDonald’s has been nothing but problems. Missing food, menu prices not matching register, wait times for a burger or fries, wrong drinks given.

This particular McDonald’s only makes hot coffee early in the morning and honestly that’s when the best staff are working here.

Anytime after about 11 AM the coffee is going to be lukewarm at best unless you happen to be there at perfect timing of a change but I can’t imagine it happens very often. I order coffee all the time every day from several places and this one consistent sells barely lukewarm coffee anytime o other than early morning. I understand it’s not a big-ticket item later in the day but then don’t sell it. Or, I don’t even care just put it in the microwave. But don’t serve barely warm coffee it is so frustrating once you get in your car take a sip and it’s like I don’t even want it I usually just throw it away. Not every McDonald’s does this but this one consistently does and it’s in my path to where I’m driving to right now otherwise I would have avoided it. Plus I wanted to see you know there’s gotta be some time where it’s gonna be hot, right? I’m playing a little game to see if it EVER serves hot coffee after early mornings. Never happened yet. I don’t want to go in there and complain about coffee you know?

I frequent various McDonalds more than I should admit, and I have even been to locations globally (China, Europe, Mexico, etc.). Unfortunately, out of the many, many locations I have visited in the past this particular McDonalds gets one of my worst reviews. We often get orders that are completely wrong, or are missing an item. The food quality varies from “normal McDonalds” to “very bad, cold and/or old” food. The cleanliness inside has had issues too. Once I complained (twice) about blood in the bathroom of the Play Zone area for kids, and nobody ever came to clean it up. We typically now go out-of-our-way to visit a farther and less convenient McDonalds location.

Update: newly remodeled location. The dining area, kids play place and bathrooms all completely redone. Everything seems nice and clean now, with friendly staff but wait times were still a bit long. Increasing my rating from a 2star to a 3star based on a more positive recent experience. Hopefully their rating will continue to climb as I visit more often.

Update: kids bathroom faucet doesn’t work well, toilet gross w urine everywhere, no paper towels available…. I told an employee and the response “they should install a hand dryer” without actually replenishing the paper towels in the bathroom. Uhhhhh, thanks. Late snow fall outside and the kids area is freezing cold. Cold air coming out of ventilation system. No carbonated drinks available either. Weird.

Update: consistently horrible. Large fry half full and not even warm. Use google maps to find another location because this place is the worst.

Update: I keep thinking if I give this location another chance, it would improve. Nope. And, I am not one to give bad reviews often. If you look at my reviews, I give mostly high ratings. Today, it was both the food AND the service that was terrible. The woman cashier (may have been the manager) asked me what I ordered when I got to the window. She asked because they had both ordering lanes open. I repeated myself 3 times “the double burger”… she responds “fish sandwich?”…. and then she asks “you have the banana shake?” And that totally confused me because they don’t even have banana shakes (I don’t think)… so I respond “no, the vanilla shake” …. whereas she then gets angry at me and rudely says “that’s what I said” and gave a big sigh like I was a moron. Well yes, I must be a moron because I keep coming back to this location! And yes, cold fries again and they completely forgot my medium coffee.
