I’ve been a regular at this particular McDonald’s since July 2017, and I must say, it’s been consistently well managed. The food is always fresh, and the fountain drinks never taste off or flat. The staff are incredibly friendly and forgiving – they once even overlooked a mistake I made with my drink order and kindly exchanged it for the one I meant to get. While there is another McDonald’s location closer to my home, I always go the extra distance to come here because I know exactly what to expect, and it has never disappointed me in the past six years. Keep up the good work!

I have been to this McDonalds location several times and I have never been disappointed the the service. The food is standard McD’s and has always been served warm and fresh during my visits (unlike the terrible Rolling Meadows location off Kirchoff Rd). And, the employees are nice and helpful (again, unlike that other location). I used their mobile app and I got a free happy meal for the kids and they somehow knew who I was: “is this Brian?”… yes…yes it is.

Slowest drive thru possible. They’ll ignore one drive thru speaker and let everyone else on the other side go ahead of you. The employees also aren’t that nice and never have any of the pies available. I always order ahead and it takes longer than actually placing the order.

Pretty decent place. Good seating. There is a kiosk to order without standing in line. There is also a drive through. Value meals available. Price is decent too.
