To be clear, the workers at this McDonald’s are extremely nice and immediately respond to an issue that comes up. However, the experience I am about to describe might be just a McDonald’s issue generally. I only go to this one for breakfast so I am calling out this location.

The computer screen showing the status of upcoming orders in the dining room is NEVER accurate. Get rid of it if you can’t figure out how to work it. Also, have someone assigned to completing dining room orders and instruct the drive thru crew to help too. Many times, including today, I order something and am waiting 5 or so minutes at least for someone to start to fill my order (possibly because no one is working the dining room registers or is making deliveries to the outside which were taken by the drive thru). I get wanting to keep payroll costs down but there should be no reason why I am waiting at 11:05 am for someone to start to get my order placed at 10:58 am (after I had to ask for help) when folks in drive thru are just stocking up their station. If this occasionally happened I would not say anything. But this routinely happens where dining room customers are gathered around the area where we pick up our food to find someone who has the time to fill it. McDonald’s makes a lot of $$, hire someone designated to only dining room customers please or figure out a better way management.

Amazing except for the consistent beeping of the same machine being done or something but it was on forever!

I wish the dining room were sound proof to these machines please

If you dont like sauce with your nuggets and hate getting back home at all then this mcdonalds is the one for you. This bland place has the most unrealistic amount of customers for being so terrible,these workers arent skilled at a single thing,all food ive ordered has been either stale or missing. The workers all slack off leading to your late food arrival,they talk alot on the side instead of working maybe thats why everyone need to pull to the side and wait for 10 minutes if not longer, whether the order was placed an hour ago or 15 min ago. I say dont waste your time with this inefficient place,theres one down farther thats way better.

The play place is what makes this location the best and very special as it is the last one I have seen anywhere. It’s actually newer and remodeled recently. It has dedicated space and bathroom.

Horrible service at this location. No patience at the drive-thru and they like to close the window immediately after handing the food over. I don’t even think the guy at the pick up window said a word to me. Customer service at its worst. Don’t bother going to this one.
I tried to call and they just hung up without actually answering the call. How sad.

Picked up food for the kids at the drive-thru, so I can’t comment on the inside. But the kids didn’t eat much of the food because they only got 2 little ketchup packets for two orders of chicken nuggets and fries. It’s partly their fault they use a whole packet for like 2 nuggets, but seriously McDonald’s, are you penny pinching that much that you can’t add a couple extra? They even had a sign on the drive up window stating 1 packet per 4 or 6-pack of nuggets. I guess fries don’t deserve ketchup? I don’t plan on returning here.

Did a mobile order, and when I got home, my quarter pounder delux patty looked like a dog chewed it and they put on the bun added cheese and sent it out as you can see in the pictures. So disappointed in McDonald’s quality these days.
