24Oct2025 Wow absolutely remarkable service. 8 cars in the drive through. Food was piping, hot. By the time my order came out, there is was a 30 second gap were all those customers got served.

i don’t know how they aren’t 5 stars this is the best mcdonald’s ever. they never forget anything my hash browns are so crispy and when i go for lunch the burgers are so good they taste fresh and the buns are always soft.. idk if it’s good management or good cooks or what but keep it up

I stop in here early mornings on my way to work and it seems as all the workers are grumpy and don’t feel like helping you. They never have any baked goods in the morning and will just tell you to get something else even after you payed for it. Very unpleased with the service as they feel frustrated that you are there. Will not be stoping there in the morning anymore.

We didn’t have a problem with this McDonald’s when we came through the drive through on Sunday, September 21, 2025. Our time here was very brief so not a lot to say but we got an accurate order and quickly especially during a busy Sunday lunch hour. No complaints! (Written 10-3-25)

We live across town and stopped here after school on the way to practice. Order BN82 — both 4-piece chicken nuggets were missing from the order. I called to explain the issue, and at first the employee insisted I received everything I ordered. After I clarified, she said, “You can come today or tomorrow.”
I explained that a similar issue happened recently with a McGriddle, and when I came back the next day, no one had any record of it. At this point, she just hung up on me.
I’m a frequent customer at this location, but when there’s a mistake, the way it’s handled is disappointing. Mistakes happen — that’s understandable — but how they’re corrected is what really matters. Please train your team to listen and resolve concerns respectfully.

I have lived in the Antioch area for over 15 years. After COVID the owner replaced all the highs school kids and American workers (white and afro American) with Hispanic workers. Now anytime I go, in (African American) I am treated very poorly. Tonight (Nov. 13, 2025 around 8:30pm -9pm) I went in to get a hamburger and 2 medium fries (one without salt and one with salt). The lady was just pulled the fires out of the grease and grabbed the salt……I asked her to stop and asked her to to make a medium fry before she added the salt. She acted like I was being an inconvenience/pain and was very condescending in her actions and tone. Then a different lady came to the register to take my order and asked me what I wanted. I told her what I wanted and she then left waving hands like I’m done with you and directed some one else to take my order. Note: This is not the first and only time this has happened…..all I wanted was a a hamburger and 2 medium fries one with salt and one without…..instead I got racist disrespect. This is the last straw…..I will take my business and money elsewhere.

The food is good but they always get my orders wrong when we ask for sweet’n’sour sauce we don’t get any sauce and I ask for extra fries i get one fry container and apples also the fry’s are soft I like soft fries but like one time the fry’s were soggy it was disgusting I had to use 3 paper towels to get the water and grease off of them

why is it you ask a question they tell you that you have to go back around for everything. The Drive thru service is horrible I live around the store and wont eat there because the service and presentation is not good. Fire ALL OF THEM!

Its McDonald’s so at least you know what your getting. Service is hit or miss most of the time is good but when it’s bad it’s bad.
