Morning crew is on target with fast and accurate orders. After 3 not so much. My son orders a Big Mac with two extra patties and extra sauce and they get it wrong every time. I appreciate that they make it right by remaking it but tonight we were in a hurry and were already home before we noticed they did it wrong AGAIN. please train your cooks to pay attention.

The facility was a mess. Food matter on 80% of the tables. The beverage area had spilled soda everywhere. I mentioned it to 2 employees while we ate pir meal. The mess was still at the beverage bar after 30 min. This was around 2:30-2:45, so the lunch rush was well past (as I heard they were slammed at that time.) However. No excuse for not cleaning.

Well safe to say that Place disgusting gross and the location is worst in the city been going there 11yrs ST it’s gotten so bad since then I started coming in for morning coffee. Ppl being messy being loud kids running all over. the New manager guy named Shane is there & is rude and the costumer service is horrible he is also rude to his employee staff anyway wouldn’t recommend this McDonalds. I went through the drive through my order was twelve dollars and some change. I gave the lady $23.00 and specifically said, I gave you extra So I could get two vibes back. Clearly she ignored me can only give you my coin change back. I told her about it, and she basically called me a liar said I never said that. Brought a manager outHe said he’d have to recount the till, then, all of a sudden, they’re having malfunctions.And couldn’t count it.So the manager, which was very kind, gave me the ten dollars back.And to make things right, he gave me a birthday cake pie. B.S. YOU DON’T EVER CALL A CUSTOMER A LIAR, DON’T EVER SAY THEY DIDN’T DO SOMETHING UNTIL YOU CAN PROVE IT. I i made myself clear before I even gave her the money that there is extra she just blatantly ignored me. Next time, maybe they want to put somebody in the drive through, they can hear and it cares about their customer because I’ll never go back there again.

If you are so understaffed that you cannot get the correct amount of food in the bag after making us pull around and wait 5 minutes for it from the drive through, you should probably close. On top of missing items of our order, the burger patties were dry, and half the fries were hard as a rock. We used to eat here more frequently, but this location has severely gone downhill in the past year or so, and I’m sick of missing items when we get home.
Edited to say that you guys forgot the food once again, missing two hash browns that are very clearly labeled right at the top of the bag. Absolutely garbage service from this place these days Get it the hell together

This is the 4th time I’ve had a bad experience at this McDonald’s, and it just keeps getting worse. I spent over $30 and got cold fries, a dirty coffee, and my ice cream was missing again. The Quarter Pounder was cold, and the staff were rude and unprofessional. It’s clear they don’t care about food safety or customer service. The place feels dirty and poorly managed. I’m done giving chances — this McDonald’s needs serious retraining and better management.
