Paid $30 for a doordash of 3 hot and spicys and a caramel macchiato and not a single sandwich had lettuce. I called and asked and was simply told “we don’t have any lettuce.” No offer of refund or discount. $30 for 3 sandwiches that I could get 4 for $10 if I had a vehicle and they weren’t correct and not an offer to right any inconvenience. Even a cookie or a small fry as a gesture would have been nice. Nothing but attitude when I called to ask.

I ordered my meal, the guy at the second window read off what I ordered, it was correct, he even looked in the bag and then handed it to me. Not even close to what I ordered. I should have checked myself but you get paid for a reason. Hire quality employees like you used to.

Ordered Delivery, two breakfast meals before they ended breakfast. Didn’t receive over half of my items. The dasher specifically said the lady preparing the order told him “no” when he asked about the drinks and other items of the order. Terrible. If you don’t like doing your job get a different one?

Juan working the front was extremely helpful and kind. It was busy and he took the time to help me with a couple of small sauce containers. Before returning to the counter to continue to help other customers. He displayed fine leadership skills in a challenging and fast paced environment and was very attentive to my immediate needs. The woman I talked “she’s supposed to be the manager” was Beyond rude after I picked up my mobile order and has missing items I asked for the meal to be remade as I had gone home and come back. not the whole order to be remade just the meal. then She closed the drive thru door in my face then called the Cops. I’m not sure what her name was but it was a horrible experience.
