After 8 yrs or more of not eating a hamburger at McDonalds I stopped by and asked for a Bigmac with bigger patties. They said they don’t do that anymore. With the special menu I feel they lied to me. There goes my daily breakfast place. There is Burger King across the street, Wendy’s across the interstate and Maverick next to work. I don’t need to be lied to.

Seemed all employees were playing along with the manager. Playing games. Even jokingly when a man ask for his check. Manager said next week. And then he was joking. Not funny at all. You don’t as a manager act or say that to anyone expecting their pay.

Went in and used the kiosk because they didn’t have anyone at the cashier station. Receipt printer is out of ink so nobody knows what order they are. None of the staff speaks English so after an hour of waiting for 1 combo meal I had to just leave because nobody was going to get me my food. Absolutely ridiculous, will be disputing the charge on my card and never coming back to this McDonald’s.

My go-to McDonald’s! Always friendly, the few times I’ve ate inside the manager on duty has been sure to check on everyone and coaches his employees up well. The one time they didn’t get my order correct, they made sure to make it up to me!

I’ve had good here multiple times. In the past order inconsistencies were a major problem but recently that has changed. I mostly go through the drive through and haven’t been inside in a while. It did have a remodel within the last couple of years so I imagine it should still be in good shape.

Where do I start! The two girls that brought us our food no hi hello just gossiping about some other girl! Our nuggets were forgotten in our happy meal, our double burgers were singles and looked like they were ran over! Didn’t discover that till we got home! Called no sorry no anything just come down so I can ring it in!! I get here and speak to a manager and aww it’s one of the two girls that brought us our original food! Again no apology no here’s a coupon for your trouble for our mess up! Then let talk about how cold the fires and burgers were old and not editable! The rest of the food was old not fresh not hot! McDonald’s do better!
