I ordered from the touch screen which asks for a table # and says the food will be brought out to you. Noticed the tables, floor, and chairs around me were dirty with fries and ketchup etc. The food order was never brought out, but had been left on the counter, and was cold by the time I went to see about the order. On the receipt on the tray in bold numbers is the table #….I am perfectly capable of getting my order at the counter, but need to know that it’s being left there. System error and lack of staff who cared enough to actually go find the customer. I had to go back to the counter twice. Once for the forgotten drink cup and once for the miserable ketchup packets. Apparently there are no pump dispensers and the staff hide the container of packets behind the counter so you have to ask. Not a big deal except BOTH times I stood there while staff walked by or looked at me from the edge of the kitchen like I was standing there for fun….I honestly don’t think they were being rude, I just don’t think they knew any better to ask me if I needed something. I can not recommend this location.

Place is well located and generally speedy to get you your food. There’s been something going on with the staff and people are working on getting trained up, so food can be ordered correctly, but come out of the back wrong. They’re working on it, but definitely double check your food before you leave the pick up window.

Visited about 2 PM . Very busy The cashier was very friendly, however, the speed of service was extremely poor. Need more direction from management so staff has a better sense of urgency. One gentlemen said he’d been waiting 20 minutes for his order. He was still waiting when I got mine. Frustrating. Also McDonald’s torks me that they Obama-sized the medium soda. Shrunk the size, but still charge plenty. Unsat!

I understand this is a McDonald’s; unskilled, low-wage workers, frozen re-heated food, and many young peoples’ first jobs. Every McDonald’s I go to, I partially EXPECT them to get my order wrong. Half the time I double check it, half the time I don’t. The workers at this McDonald’s seemed like competent and efficient people, so I didn’t check the bag before I left. I later found out I paid for a 4 piece McNugget, and they were forgotten. I misjudged, I live far away and will never get that money back. A lot of these places are being replaced by machines because the machines make less mistakes, lol!
