My apples were bad the lady in the back that was doing fries definitely could have checked her attitude while everyone around her is rushing to get things done she is standing around and glaring I was sitting there for a good ten minutes while she is just staring some other lady was really awesome dropped what she was doing to help me get a fresh bag of apples and hands the bad ones to the girl by the fries and she is still glaring and mean muggin lol that’s all I needed was apples not a big deal but the attitude that came with it dang

By far the worst McDonalds in Billings. Every time I go they have messed up my order. They also proceeded to put onions on my only ketchup burgers. AFTER being told I had an onion allergy. Then when I went back I was waiting over 30 minutes for my remake. Do better McDonalds. Also to whoever is working the service in drive please stop changing peoples orders. You’ve done it to me as well as too another customer who was also waiting an extended period of time for their food. I’ve been kind about this in the past but I’m not about it anymore. I will be going to a different McDonalds from now on.

Waited 5 minutes in drive thru when there was absolutely no one in front of me. Someone pulled into the second drive thru and almost instantly got helped. Went inside to get service. All the people behind the counter were oblivious to their surroundings. Almost like they could care less, like they were just there to collect a paycheck.

Went through drive 10 minutes ago and girl at payment window super unfriendly and puts off she does NOT want to be there!! Guy at pickup was friendly but literally having every car pull around. Got my breakfast and in my sausage McMuffin there was the longest nasty hair Make your employees actually control their hair, and use nets if they are preparing the actual food. And if that girl doesn’t want to be there find someone who does!!!

Don’t go here!!! Staff was extremely rude and they forgot our sauce. As we were looking at what we wanted, the lady was rolling her eyes, and making us feel unwelcome. There was two of us, and we were ordering for one other person, during this, she had the audacity to look over at me and say, “wow she’s hungry.” If you’re thinking about coming to this McDonald’s, Maybe reconsider, and try the other Heights Location.

Nearly every time I go to this McDonald’s my order gets messed up. It doesn’t matter if I order online or in person feels like nine times out of ten I don’t get what I order I’ll end up getting a diet soda when I don’t ask for diet soda or get the wrong type of burger. Make sure you check your orders if you go here.

I showed up at 10:10. Order some breakfast sandwiches. They had me pull around which was fine. I then watched them give my Order to the person in front of me. Then I proceeded to wait for them to remake the Order because that’s their policy. I sat here for 30 minutes and then they come out and tell me oh sorry it’s past breakfast time we cant make your food anymore when numerous people came and got their breakfast and went around me. Was offered lunch instead when I came for breakfast.

Love this McDonald’s, they do the best they possibly can the customers are the ones who are very impatient and rude. Even when getting yelled at countless times by customers the employees keep there head high they are very kind I appreciate this spot very much!
