So it’s McDonald’s and you pretty much know what you’re getting into here. My visit was around 8pm on a Wednesday evening. The drive thru had a couple of people and the dinning room had about 5 so by no means was this store busy. The staff were friendly but could not get the order right. Not sure what was going on with the kitchen but I didn’t order anything modified just basic burgers, nuggs and fries yet they did not have their stuff down. Maybe it was the whole Grimace shake deal I dunno.

Disgusted with service and quality of food. Ordered large fry with my quarter pounder meal and the container was not even half full of fry’s ( they did print fry’s on the top half of the container to make it look like they were there). They forgot one of our drinks, had to turn around half way home to go back. No napkins in the bag, slow service through drive through and ALL that for the ridiculous price of $22 for the little bit of food we ordered. Will just go to a real restaurant in future and probably save money and aggravation.

The staff I’ve dealt with have been great. The big issue with the locations local in Montana is the franchise owners decisions on pricing. The McDouble is nearly $5 at the laurel location. Prices in an airport I was in recently were better. I rarely go to this location anymore.

Stopped in for a coffee and some sandwiches. It’s McDonald’s food so it was alright. The service I received was great. They all had a smile when they spoke to me and the lobby guy got me a refill. Overall my experience there was great!

It’s okay, always a line and always have to pull around and wait on the side. We hardly eat here, but it’s never fast. The food is okay, the burgers look like they were smashed together and condiments are usually missing or there is way too much. No consistency, you never know what you are going to get.
