Waited for ever for our food said they were making it fresh well they were ice cold and this is how the burger looked when I opened it up do better you want higher pay do higher pay work!!! So cold the cheese was not even melted!

They are horrible at time management, their management can’t handle simple things and we sat in spot #1 for 25 min b4 my fiance had to go in there and ask where our food was, it was sitting there for however long and they didn’t offer to remake it or anything. The last time they forgot a patty. Like were paying customers and were treated like trash. Were supposed to actually get what were paying for not being downgraded cuz they don’t know how to do their jobs.

waited 15 minutes for one sandwich and two hashbrowns and this is what my sandwich looked like. cold, and not made correctly. there was about half the bacon there should be as well and most of it was hanging off of the side, not inside the actual biscuit. terrible experience and they weren’t even busy.

WENT ON THE INSIDE AND ORDERED FOOD AND WATCH A LADY FIX FOOD WITH NO GLOVES!!!!!!! SO I ASKED THE MANAGER DO THEY NOT WEAR GLOVES SHE STATED, “WE JUST WASH OUR HANDS”! ordered off DoorDash. It was a 10 piece McNugget meal. Fries were cold & nuggets had black particles on them. Very disgusting! Change out your guys oil! I like McDonald’s. But they are getting cheap with the food. I used to like Big Macs, but now I stick with the double quarter because there is more meat. And the large fries I got today were the same about the regular fries I got for my boss. They used to be heaping, almost falling out the fry container. Come one quit stealing from us. Your profits will not fall.

Update: WOW, I just walked into a new remodeled fast food joint, completely devoid of customers. I can see why. It’s like walking into a doctor’s waiting room. After getting my order, I see why the real reason for no customers, the food sucks. My $2.99 breakfast burrito was cold, hard, and only had a tablespoon of filling. There isn’t even any homeless people hanging out! They have better taste than the food!
Update: If you are in a hurry for an average meal with cash, don’t even try to order inside and eat in. It is by far faster to go through the drive-through, then park and walk in, grab a table, and eat your underwhelming meal. Using the kiosk, then standing in line for someone to pay and then waiting for your food as a lower priority than drive-through only pisses one off!
I came in for a quick breakfast sandwich. I ordered, was given a number for the table and was told they would bring the food out. My problem was every table was taken with about 50 percent paying customers and 50 percent homeless. The place smelt like an old gym bag! I had my order bagged for takeout. On the way out three homeless were stand near the door smoking! I held my breath and briskly walked to my Jeep! Not the way I wanted to start my day. This place needs to enforce their loitering policy.
