They refuse to unlock their doors in the morning for customers even though lobby is “open” they just sit there staring at me. Quite frankly disappointed.

I went to the McDonald’s at the Loves station in Fargo ND. I used the drive thru and ordered a Big Mac and a fry.
I was told to wait at the parking spot. Everybody else got their food and I asked the young black girl about my order on 2 occasions. She just said it’s coming soon.
I went into the store and spoke to the manager Jen and she apologized that they did not have any meat ready for the order.
I placed my order at 10:36, I received my order at 11:10.
When I got home the fries were only half way filled. There were no fries in the bag as if it fell out.
I have included pictures of my receipt and the picture of the fries. You can see the fry box isn’t even stained from oil as if they were in there.

My food arrived to my table pretty quickly, especially considering I had a special order. My fries were hot and fresh!! The person who brought my food over had a very pleasant demeanor (I’d totally give them a shout out if I’d caught their name!).
My biggest critiques would regarding the restaurant itself. Some of the tables had some residue from previous guests.
There were also a few flies hanging out that were quite persistent. I’m not sure how much of this is entirely on McDonald’s considering they share the building.
All in all I had a pretty positive experience. The restaurant was decently busy, but seemed to keep orders moving consistently. All of the staff was very helpful and polite, and seemed to gel really well as a team. No bickering and everyone seemed to be sharing the workload equally.

Of course I’ve been to dozens of McDonald’s in my life but I’d never had an experience like my most recent experience. It’s my most common order and it’s never been wrong before but when it was finally wrong it was really wrong. I’m not a fan of any meat being cooked any less than medium-well but my preference is actually well done. I only other medium-well at restaurants to keep them from overcooking it to the point of being dry. At either rate, I always expect well done at a fast food restaurant. That’s what I normally get except for the one time I got what I consider to be rare or medium rare at best. I picked up food on my lunch break for me and my wife and couldn’t eat my food. I ordered a double quarter pounder and it was too involved for me. I posted a review on Facebook with a picture and they reached out to me to rectify the situation. I haven’t been back since that visit but they have me a gift card to replace that meal. He told me it was a training issue that they had addressed by the time they contacted me. I’m pretty my next visit will be back to my expectations. Best McDonald’s experience was in Amsterdam. If, all were like that I’d eat there more often. This was my worst but like I said, I’ve been to that one in particular several times before without incident. I’m thinking it was a one time thing.

3 visits 3 bad experiences including them closing the drive through early for no apparent reason and being chased by an employee through the parking lot because they messed up our order and i gave up waiting for it to be fixed after 15 minutes waiting.

Half full mc flurry that was still charged full price. I started to say something to the kid behind the counter, and he turned and walked away….
Other food in walking distance is limited, but door dash ridiculous prices are favorable to returning here! Even the subway next room over would be better!

It’s a total crapshoot with McD’s, I know, this isn’t the first time I’ve had raw burgers from this location it’s just this time that I’m deciding to review this place. It’s gotten bad. Used to be good if not above average, for McDonalds. Our fries were hot and were full, that’s why the 2 stars are there. We ordered plain cheeseburgers and got loaded cheeseburgers. It’s a train wreck there. The ice in the drinks were cold, bonus… Do yourself a favor and take the time to get a real burger because Fargo has many great burger places.
McDonald’s cannot find good enough help to be relevant anymore. Bummer.
