I will say, it’s nice they’re open late. They also have nice service when you actually see them. I did however see a few issues… First off the place was a mess as most McDonald’s are. There we French fries absolutely everywhere! Next they were very slow. They did have a few cars in the drive through and a few people waiting but I know it’s usually much busier there. My last comment for today if more of a franchise issue than location only, there was no pop machine! They filled the cups behind the counter and stuffed the cups with ice. I’d rather not pay for a cup of frozen water and a drop of pop.

Visited McDonald’s recently and was thoroughly impressed. The food was delicious, the service was top-notch, and their caramel frappe was unexpectedly better than Starbucks’. Highly recommend!

The person taking the order at the drive thru spoke very fast and she could not be understood. She MIGHT have had an accent. Whether that be ghetto accent or other I’m unsure because it did not sound like English I was taught in school. She seemed like I was a inconvenience and just wanted me through the line as soon as possible. The staff working the windows were different from the order taker. However they had no customer service skills or even decent human interaction in them. It usually trickles down from the management.

Okay so of all McDonald’s I’ve been to, I’m surprised every time I eat at this location because my food is always done correctly. It can be slow getting food sometimes, because they are extremely busy. I mean that’s not a bad thing. As far as the customer service goes, they are top of the line I love how nice they great customers here, and apologize for food coming out late if they are backed up. As a customer I’m happy getting food at this location. They should probably get a bigger restaurant though it can be over packed inside. Other than that 5 star for sure!!

30 minutes it took them to make and serve me my order. It should NEVER take that long! When I was given my order I was never apologized to. There should have been a manager handing me my order, not some 15 year old kid.
