An employee named Ethen was working the front counter at the spearfish mcdonald’s and made our dining experience really great. He was tall, friendly, and super helpful while taking our order. You could tell he cared about doing a good job and making customers feel welcome. It’s always nice to see someone with such a positive attitude—employees like Ethen make the experience much better.

I don’t know what stars aligned, but I just had one of the most magical McDonald’s experiences of my life. I came in on a Monday morning—maybe that’s when the A-Team clocks in. The service? Impeccable. The food? Actually hot. The coffee? Didn’t taste like regret. I half expected Morgan Freeman to start narrating my breakfast.
Then I made the mistake of reading the other reviews… and now I’m even more confused. Did I hallucinate this flawless fast food moment? Was I chosen? Is this the McDonald’s Narnia?

Shut your Mobile orders down if you can’t figure it out. Multiple times in the last week I’ve paid for an order, showed up to pick it up for it to be cancelled. And no the refund isn’t instant and no you won’t get your rewards back either if you use them! If you call in you get a “yeah we can’t control the app idk what to tell you”. This isn’t the economy where people can afford to pay for things multiple times in one day. I’ll avoid this place from here further.

Asked for my bagel sandwich to be toasted as I always go in and the bagel is still cold and not even toasted. Well this time I ask them to make sure my bagel is toasted and I get my bagel sandwiches and they are burnt. I bring it to managers attention and she argues over the phone with me like im in the wrong. Saying that they sent it through twice and didn’t touch the temp and that’s how they turn out is burnt because they go through the toaster slow. I am sure there is other options and machines in the store to making sure the bagels are toasted correctly if that is the case. Also if they know sending the bagel through the bun toaster twice causes them to burn then why would proceed to send it through the toaster twice and also send out food to the customer burnt when they specifically said toasted. This McDonald’s wanted me to bring the food back to the store like i have all the time in the world to fix their mistakes and sit around waiting for a resolution instead of apologizing and making it right some other way. I will definitely not be back to this McDonald’s nor ordering a bagel sandwich priced at over 8.00

Ordered online a gold chicken snack wrap. Received a spicy chicken snack wrap. Parked and went in told him it was spicy and I needed the gold one. The counter guy was super nice he told the kitchen he needed a gold chicken snack wrap. The kitchen hands the counter guy a snack wrap. He specifically asked him if it’s a gold one, The kitchen responds with “ I think so.” Walked out to my pick up, took another bite of it, It was not gold. It was the same spicy sauce they put on the spicy snack wrap. I wasn’t about to go back in a second time.

Hands down some of the WORST customer service I have had at a McDonalds outside of the Deep South. I asked these people repeatedly what is the cost of a burger, only to be asked if they “Deliver”. Apparently, they can’t understand basic English!
When I finally got my answer across, I was disappointed to find out that they didn’t have a specific answer about what the cost was. Overall, this place is trash of trash.
Please keep driving to Denver, where I bet things are better service!

Mc Donald’s ruined eating at there restaurant for me. The reason I go out to eat is for the service. Unless you count my own service there is no service anymore. Plus the cost of their food has increased immensely! Their ordering machine was difficult for me. Talk about stress. mode. I go there now as little as possible.
