This has been my favorite McDonald’s and the fries are always fresh. Today was not the case! I order this daily double burger and this is what I got. $4.39 for this? I had added pickles and didn’t se a single one there were no onions either. When I got home I threw away the fries and added my own pickles and onions and added mayonnaise that I could actually taste. I also had to wait for them to bring this out so I have no idea what anyone was doing. McDonald’s is quite spendy now and I would actually like what I pay for!

I order from here often. I usually get the spicy chicken sandwich (the one with the pepper sauce on top) and recently every time I get it, there’s no spicy sauce but there’s mayo. I assume that it’s just a common mistake because of the other spicy sandwich coming with mayo so I don’t get too annoyed.
On the other hand. I ordered a hot chocolate this morning and only got hot milk with foam. I did order breakfast last minute so I understand if staff were annoyed, but I’m pregnant and really wanted hot chocolate lol.

Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised by this McDonald’s!
Contrary to some of the reviews, everything was great — the food was fresh and hot, service was quick, and the place was clean.
The staff were friendly and polite, which made the visit even better.
The dining area was tidy, and my order was perfect.
Overall, a really good experience — I’d definitely stop here again!

We figured out how to run their computer to serve ourselves, and truly it’s not a complicated system. About 20 minutes later our food arrived; cold, cold french fries, but the Big Mac was tasty (small, but I haven’t had one in years). One employee continued to pace right beside our table as he looked for stuff to do I guess. As we left I asked if I could have a refill (since all the drink machines are now in the back), and one nice young fellow told me “yes,” then returned quickly to tell me he’d “better check.” The whole restaurant could hear and we waited patiently, only to hear some lady (manager?) tell him I “couldn’t have a refill”…and I have to say she was real nice speaking to him. No one asked me if I could afford to purchase another one…which I would have gladly done. Great impression McDonald’s! I guess it will be another 10 years before we come back.

Top 5 worst McDonald’s in the country. Not sure why, but the ENTIRE staff is extremely rude and know nothing of customer service. The managers here are absolutely horrible, lazy, and slow. Orders are consistently made wrong or the food is not fresh. Can’t name a single time I’ve actually been happy with this place, there’s just a lack of options in this town. The owner should feel ashamed. Doesn’t matter if you go in the morning or at night, it’s the same scenario. They need to train better. Or train in general.

$9 for over cooked crap. If you wanna compete in the chicken business, then you need to do better for less. I get more at Arby’s for less and the chicken is golden and crispy. And whoever approved that chili sauce has a bad flavor profile

So I go here and order an ice cream cone and it takes 10 minutes for them to get it to me. And when they finally bring it out it’s all melted and I just asked for a refund because I said I don’t want a melted ice cream cone and it was super small and he’s like I’ll remake it for you and this is what the better ice cream cone looks like. I just gave up and walked out!

Went in with my buddy Jesse on Sunday. Overall the service was good, it’s nice and clean and I appreciate the automatic doors to let me in. The reason for the 4 stars is that I couldn’t use rewards when I was there, it’s half the size of Elk Vale and I’m sorry but why can’t I refill my own drink in the store? That huge wall has enough space for it. Otherwise a great looking store that will do great in the Box.

Waited 45 minutes for our curbside order. Missing toppings on burgers, milkshake was curdled. To top it off, got the Grinch box and didn’t receive the Grinch socks that were supposed to be included. Staff were less than helpful when I questioned what was going on with my order.
