When they first opened up the rebuilt franchise location here, it was nice quality and great service. Their price hike hurt our wallet, no doubt about it. At the time, we were so impressed with the service that we almost didn’t mind paying more. The food came out hot, fresh and was great quality for fast food.

2 nights ago the kids wanted McDonalds food for our ride to gram-ma’s house. We pulled up and put our order in, that was quick until we pulled up to the 1st window. The guy said they were having technical difficulties. OK, I can understand that happening, however as he finally repeated what we had twice, I informed him of a couple of things he did not repeat back the 2nd time, he stated, ” I must have missed that. Well he didn’t cause he said it the 1st time. Then proceeds to slam his hand down on the counter and repeats we’re having technical difficulties. Soon he said the amount which was just about $75. As we pulled up ti the next window, the lady says, ” I’m sorry, but could you tell me what you had, I cannot read this”. So I started telling her out drinks. We got half of them, then waited for awhile. Pretty soon, we were asked to pull up to the next window. After waiting for half an hour, I called them on my phone, yes I was pretty upset by then, and let them know it as we watched 11 cars behind us receive there food and on there merry way. I did not want to hear another technical difficulties being said to us after watching all those pull away and my little grandkids were very hungry. After having 6 different people help get us our food and the rest of the drinks 45 minutes had passed. I should have never paid and pulled away and went else where. Only 2 out of the 6 workers were pleasant. This place has gone to hell and then some. No, it will be a long time before we go back there. I have worked in the restaurant business many years serving people, and yes times can be aggravating and trying, but this place just needs to close the door if they can’t do any better than that. The food was luke warm at best, you would have thought our food would have been steaming hot for that wait. All for a couple of burgers and chicken items.

Really wish there was a way to give a negative. The dip ships have done it again! Went through the drive thru ordered a “bacon” quarter pounder ended up with a regular one. I’m really starting to believe they’re still open cause they are the only one in town. How is it a promo that its being hyped and suggested can’t be done correctly. I’m starting to think I’ll save my McDonalds money for any not in Pierre, SD. Oh and as if messing up my order wasn’t enough they forgot the bacon on my husband’s too. (Funny part is they got the special request correct but couldn’t remember the bacon.)

If this wasn’t the only McDonald’s I’d stop going. It seems like every other time I go they mess up my order especially through the drive thru. Paid for a bacon Big Mac no pickles got a regular Big Mac with the pickles. I give up and figure just expect them to screw it up.

Awful, wife and I ordered. I got my burger and fries she didn’t get hers they left my drink out and she got her drink, burger was soggy and had a couple drops of ketchup fries weren’t salted everything very oily. Threw it in the trash and went to Burger King.
