I’m not sure that I’ve ever ordered here and gotten my order right. And before you say “don’t order something complicated”. I don’t. I order off the app and the max I do is take the tomatoes off my burger. Ask for ketchup don’t expect to get any. Ask for no pickles, expect to get extra. Would rate 0 stars if I could.

Ordered our food waited 10 minutes. Asked for our drink cups when I paid. Kid didn’t listen that I had change handed me a fist full of change back. Wouldn’t give us our drink cup so we sat waiting with no drink then they brought us empty cups. 43$ to eat with 4 people and they couldn’t even fill our cups we had to wait for. Food was garbage. Wouldn’t feed my animals it. Save yourself the aggravating trip go to Culver’s. Burgers are 1000% better. Only reason we came here were grandkids. Way better service food etc… at Culvers

There was no menu board to order from, when they took my order they walked away and didn’t acknowledge me again for several minutes when I was asking for my drink cup. When the food showed up, one of the hamburger patties was raw inside but seared on the outside. When I say raw I don’t mean just a little pink, it was a 2 inch spot that was Ronald McDonald red – raw! I was treated like I was an inconvenience because I didn’t go through the drive thru. I stopped here out of a craving not out of convenience, next time I think I’ll go to Culvers instead!

Very hit or miss at this McDonald’s, for one they have always been slower on orders than the north McDonalds. The most annoying being the drive thru. Many times I’ve had to sit there quite a while before anyone would acknowledge me to take my order- most stores instantly answer when you drive up. Sat in drive thru for 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. after getting past the 1st window i sat behind a car who waited 8 minutes and 43 second at the 2nd window. once they left i pulled up to the window and didn’t get talked to after sitting there for over a minute. once i got talked to it was an instant “can you pull to number 1 waiting on fries” i then sat in stall 1 for 8 minutes. how come they sent me to park but was able to send others thru the line fully. i also had a friend who was 2 cars behind me and got cold fries and left before me. also why should your sauce cost money when customers don’t get it half of the time.

I ordered a shareable quarterpounder with cheese meal , drinks, a happy meal, and two more sandwiches tonight at curbside. After waiting 15 minutes for the food it finally came. The problem is that after getting down the road we discovered that the two orders of fries for the shareable meals were not in the bag and there were no straws for the drinks. I could not at that point turn around to go back. Im not happy. I did try calling but no one answered their phone.

Every single table except one in the whole restaurant was dirty. The counter where you get soda and condiments was absolutely disgusting. When i said something was told they are understaffed and not one table was washed.

I waited around half an hour, mind you just one person with coffee, for a single Carmel Frappe. I also asked for a bag like I usually do with the north McDonald’s and they straight up said no. Heavily prefer north McDonald’s, the service and everything is much better.

I go here when I have too much going on to take a normal lunch break it’s just become priced way too high for what you get
And as a former McDonald’s employee and corporate maintenance worker the time it takes to get a burger fries and drink is horrid
Wait times drive through 15 minutes last time inside 21.minutes 43seconds ordered a big mac meal an a filet of fish no extras no special requests time I went was about 1:45 pm
Lobby wasn’t clean every empty table had crumbs or pop on it so had to grab a stack of napkins and wet them to clean a table
I can’t grasp how McDonald’s has become so slow with everything being pre cooked

Also the fryer oil was on its last leg and the fries hasmd a slight taste of burn out fryer oil cleaner to them also I can’t stand using the kiosks the screen were filthy and so many people don’t wash their hands so what ever they have on their hands I’d going in your mouth when you eat your food
Think of bathroom visits no hand washing kids with runny noses put people at the register
And go back to real customer service please
I get it the inflated wages make it hard to staff
The place but the prices went up 40% to cover that also the atmosphere hate the weird seating just bring back full booths and center tables and chairs
