Only getting 2 stars because the spicy McChicken was actually good and seemed fairly fresh. The big mac on the other hand was put together wrong and since it had double the mac sauce between 2 buns it was a sloppy mess. The fries were supposed to be crispy but since they forgot to put them in my bag, I had to go back inside to get them. I figured since they were fairly busy that the fries would be hot and fresh. Wrong. They were luke warm and soggy. Sad day…

So what happened to FAST food? EVERYTIME I go through the drive thru in Yankton, I have to pull ahead. Everytime!!! Even for a simple value meal order. No special requests. And it would be okay if it was for a couple of minutes. But most times I have to sit there in my car up to 10+ minutes. So today I went inside. Simple meal order. Pancakes and bacon. I waited, again 5-10 minutes. Yeah, still quick compared to traditional restaurants. But in years past, food would be ready before I sat down. Processes have clearly changed. I miss the old days of fast food. And lastly…the staff behind the counter…unbelievably annoying. Loud. Yelling. Singing. Goofing around. Doing their job, I guess. But just…annoying is the only way to describe it. Having fun which is good, but not remembering there are customers sitting in the store. Need to balance fun and professionalism. Maybe goofing off is the reason for the slower service?

This McDonald’s always disappoints. Fries are always cold and it costs $5 for large fries yet you only get a medium amount. We order a burger and fries simple order yet I get sent to wait on the curb. We are done with this place. And not to mention they are ALWAYS out of ice cream or milkshakes. This has all been consistent for 5 years.

Typically I go through the drive through because of a terrible experience I had years ago, but I had a meeting so I went inside. The service this time was way better since a gentleman helped me at the front counter.
The lady who brought my good and cleaned the tables was extremely friendly and efficient. I would come back for another brief meeting.

I came in during a horrible rush to pick up my mobile order which had been stolen. Aida, the manager helped me and remade my order immediately herself in a great time. Fantastic service!!!

First reason I’m leaving one star is my large Fry’s were cold and only half full after waiting for my food. Second reason is I paid for ranch and never got it. If your going to charge for it make sure it’s there!

Have to stand at the counter for 20 minutes with wotkers avoiding eye contact as they walk by just to get service and there’s no other way to pay with cash. The food is average McDonald’s food ig so no stars off there.

2 $5 meals takes over 30 minutes to recieve. Only saw 1 adult in this place. Looks like it’s run by children. Do not stop if you are in a hurry!! What a disaster. Food sat out for a long time. Piles of people standing at the sudo counter. Also, I noticed that many of the restraunts are being run by children , no adults. Also, they screwed up the order. Customer beware!! Food was cold.

This is my first review ever. I am getting fed up with this McDonald’s forgetting a part of my order 99% of the time. My husband and I ordered 20 nuggets and we only got 10 total. This is getting to the point where people must need re trained or something.

I’m not a fan of McDonald’s. Wife and kids decided to go without my input. Fries were lukewarm when we got them, the rest of the food was ok, too much sauce on my sandwich but low average fast food quality. It took almost 20 minutes to get our order.
