I need the owner or district manager to look into the staff. Wife, kid, and I where eating at 8:17pm on 2-7-26 we ordered and sat down. We heard 1 f bomb come from the back. Then 2 more so I had to yell back saying there a kid here. When food came out I asked for the manager and she said she was the manager. Asked for biz card, she said she did not have any. Asked for her name and she said grace. She never apologized. Never yelled at staff. Nothing. This is a family fast food not a bar. Staff should not be goofing and swearing in front of kids. This was very disrespectful.

I needed a morning coffee to get going today and I have to say this is a very nice and clean restaurant, the friendliest staff ever, sweet as can be and they have a very good system down, probably the fastest McDonald’s I’ve ever visited. Kudos to you.

I’ve been in the drive thru wait lane for 30 min and still no food tried to see what’s going on they give a bag and it’s not right than she goes and grabs a bag than just sitting there cause we are wait on fries and than gives me the bag without adding anything and the fries are cold not to mention the guy ahead of us 50 min wait others 40 min and then cold nuggets like I spent 30 dollars to wait for cold food what is wrong with the place

Greetings, today I went to McDonald’s in Perham, MN to eat with my family at 9:55pm (They closed at 11) the employee with the blue shirt “I think she’s a supervisor” she didn’t have her name tag on, she was mapping while “ “Her daughter” was working as a cashier. The supervisor treated all the customers who came in with an attitude, they gave us the wrong order, it took them 30 minutes with the Apple pie, we had to ask for them again and she basically threw them on the table. She looked frustrated. Why do you send all employees to clock out at 10:25pm if they close at 11:00pm? Why would they send them early if many cars and customers were still arriving inside? She is not professional at all. I don’t know why they give a position with that title to a person who didn’t study. And if she study, let me tell you that she did not learn what good Customer Service was. She does not have the qualities for that position. It’s too sad because I live here and we never expected to be treated that way in our own town.

About 25% of the time my order is wrong. I get it to go and when I get home I discover it’s wrong and I can’t eat it and I don’t want to go back out. I don’t think I’ll be going back there anymore.

Order was wrong, took a unreasonable amount of time to receive the order. nothing was stocked in the lobby and the employees were rude when you had to ask for a straw.

Absolutely terrible. Our order took over a half an hour. And as we get on Hwy 10 . 2 mcmuffins were very cold and then the bagels we ordered were cold and not the kind we ordered. The bad service happened 3 or 4 times in the past.
They lost our business and other people’s business. I will make sure I tell alot of other people.

This morning I ordered for the first time at this McDonald’s through the McDonald’s app, and I order an iced peppermint coffee. When I arrived a lady came out and apologized that the peppermint is a seasonal and is not out yet, and asked if I wanted something different. I told her the pumpkin iced coffee. She came out a few minutes later and brought me my coffee and a holiday pie, I thought that was very sweet. I wished I got her name, but that was the best customer service I have received in a long time especially at a McDonald’s. And the pie was amazing, first time having that.
