The amount of times this Mc Donald’s messes orders up is mind blowing. ALWAYS check your food before leaving if you order from this location. As a customer who frequently orders from this location it is extremely disappointing they cant get the most simple orders correct especially when the orders are typically submitted through the app so they have the exact details of the ordered and how it is requested directly infront of them. The management does NOT take the mess ups seriously and makes petty excuses as to why its constantly happening. If I wasnt pregnant and craving their breakfast sandwiches I would refuse to ever return to this location. Absolutely disappointing how they handle their orders.

Two value meals. Sandwiches and fries both taste stale when im home five minutes after getting them. No fires at bottom of the bag, yet neither ‘large’ fries was over half full. Talk about a rip off for visiting in the evening.

Zero stars!!! The fries were really old. We asked for no salt and it was like they recooked them in the oil to get the salt off. We couldn’t even eat them. It would be great to get a refund back for something that we could not eat.

Think twice about eating here. I recently visited and was surprised at the terrible service I received….from the initial putting in my order, waiting too long for food I ordered! Not to mention incorrect order, cold food and old undercooked fries!! The facility was dirty& sticky ( tables & seating full of food)! Employees too busy on their personal cell phones instead of attending to customers! Go to Arby’s better service for the $$$!!

Lacey was AMAZING. made my day with how she handled and solved the issue.
Thursday, Sept 4 around 1pm I went through the drive thru and ordered a mcchicken with ranch also the new bacon chicken sandwich with the new golden sauce!! That was for my bf mind you we were very happy too try it.
After I leave maybe 5 minutes.. I notice all I received was a plain crispy sandwich. I was upset at first because I only got two items it can’t be that hard to get it correct.
I call the location, Lacey answers and tells me if I could go back which worked out perfect in my favor, her attitude on the phone I knew everything was gonna be fixed. She herself re made my sandwich and threw in a free meal next visit with NO problem!! I’ve never seen so much professionalism inside a McDonald’s. With Lacey so many people’s day will be made just with her individual positivity. She handled this perfectly! Thank you Lacey

we ordered a $5 meal deal, mchicken, daily double, strawberry pie, and 2 medium fry’s, we didn’t get a medium fry instead they gave us 2 small fry’s and that we were missing the strawberry pie when we went back to the drive through he told us there was nothing he could do about the fry and to check the bag again that they had put it in there we brought them the bag there were no pies. we became frustrated on how there “was nothing they could do” about the fry he then told us well we don’t have any strawberry pie he told us to watch our attitude or he wasn’t gonna give us the pie i laughed and told him we payed for it. this was around 10pm saturday february 7th. this was the first and last time i will go to that mcdonald’s. he should not be working customer service.

McRib is my husband’s favorite! The cashier was amazing and gave us 1/2 of our food so we could eat it hot. He then delivered the other 1/2 when it was ready hot. I appreciate this very much. I don’t like lukewar food. The holiday was AMAZING!

I have not been to a more poorly ran and unorganized McDonald’s. There needs to be some major changes here regarding both management and staff. I have given this location a few tries but will not be back. Last time I was there there, there was only a couple people in the drive through and 1 person waiting for their food that ordered before me. I waited over 20 minutes before I said something. After inquiring, I had my food within 5 minutes, which consisted of 2 burgers and fries. There is also so many staff standing around each time I have been in. Standing around not knowing what to do. I gladly drive farther to the Moorhead McDonald’s on 8th St instead.

Order thru doordash last night order was over 20 minutes late and burgers were raw fries were stale and was missing the monopoly tokens the only bright side was the mcflurry was sorta made correctly please dont waste your time ordering from here it will give you food poisoning

It’s clean bathrooms and convenient to the highways. I can’t give it 5 stars because it’s a McDonald’s, the food is not healthy; but it was made perfectly and served in minutes, and delicious. I do wish there was seating for waiting, some people need to sit due to disabilities.
