Very slow store not very pack. But the staff is slow really slow as if the store is super busy. Ive had 3 people in the back stand and stare at me while i waited almost 10 mins to pick my order up. Im from Minneapolis where the stores are actually busy and I’ve gotten service and food before any in the back of the fergus store even greeted me. On top of waiting 10 minutes for fast food and giving them my order. They gave me the wrong order. After i gave them the name and order twice they still gave ne the wrong order and then didnt even give me a receipt. The employees are horrible the leadership there is horrible. I would recommend saving your money or going to the subway across the street. You wont wait and your order wont be wrong after waiting and spending your money and time. Worst experience ive had.

This is the absolute worse McDonald experience I have ever had. In addition to the long wait. They couldn’t get the order correct when we placed it (how does someone hear “2 cheeseburger kids meals” when we ordered an “4 piece chicken nugget kids meal”) and then they tried to give us the wrong order at the window. Additionally they had 4 people staring at us at the pick up window who had the audacity to be rude when WE informed THEM that there had been no one to take our payment at the first window and we still needed to pay.What a disorganized mess and definitely fails to live up to the standards of McDonald’s. Gone down drain since management change. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Couldn’t understand the person taking the order due to lawn mowing service. Then at the window never were told which pick up window to go to. Pulled ahead and sat there on ignore. Finally pulled ahead to the next window which was open but Noone there. Saw in rear view mirror the car behind turned our order back in. Finally someone came to the second window with our order. I do have to say this Sausage egg McMuffin was hot, the muffin was fresh and soft so 5 stars on the food quality.

*If other food delivery people have a rude experiences during the day at McDs please file a complaint both with McDs headquarters and your food delivery service.
I second what was said by Seth. The two women that manage the restaurant during the day were incredibly rude to me as a door dasher. When I tried to give an explanation they stated, you can leave, we’ll just block you then as I was leaving they were talking a bunch of trash about me. I’ve heard and seen them be rude to customers as well. Look, we’re all just trying to get by right now. Maybe some better people skills for someone that works in this industry would be a good thing for them. Actually talk to your customers instead of fight them at every move. Door dash will be filing a complaint on my behalf and I will not be blocked. A little niceness and a little conversation can go a long way.

8pm on a Sat night. Took over 30 min for a 2 cheeseburger meal. We could clearly see the food sitting there, waiting to be bagged. Fries were barely warm. Manager claimed short staffing, but saw several people back there. No reason to take over 30 min to put food in a bag. Several people walked out, several drove away from drive thru.

The Laura Maria lady on day shift who has worked there forever is literally BEGGING to be fired. Seeing the way she talks to customers and doorsash employees is insane. Walked in today to order at the kiosk, a lady was in front of us trying to order and it appeared to be working just fine. Then, Laura Maria comes out chewing the lady out about how the kiosk is “rebooting” and we should know that because of some blinking light. We dont work at McDonald’s, so how would anyone know that? But its her nastiness that just disgusts me. We walked out with several other people, and honestly will not be back as long as that woman works there.

Worst mcdonald ever. Everytime I buy something, there is always an issue, long wait, rude managers. Even for a one item order, worst experience always. Refused to give the order and when they finally “found” it, it was too late and refused to give me my refund, so rude over the phone and hang up on me just for asking for the refund.

The staff were extremely rude and rushed with ordering, both burgers were messed and lukewarm at best, the fries were cold, the nuggets were cold and rubbery, I ordered a carmel frappe with extra drizzle and was charged for it and didn’t get the extra drizzle and when requested they do it they denied to do it, and the spicy honey mccrispy is like the only thing not messed up extremely disappointed and unsatisfied.
