The past 3 times I have went to ne mcdonalds. My fries have been old and cold same my burger. That past 2 times we went around noon. I can not remember the last time we got remotely fresh food. Its sad because the service and food used to be top notch.

We started coming up here in the early 2000s. There was a host of events, that Halloween weekend. We use to go up there about 3 xs a year my girls got older then, we hadn’t been there until the grandchildren were born, and we started bringing them. It jus doesn’t seem the same. We noticed a decrease in people , on our last visit. Staff isn’t as energetic and pumped to have a fun active a weekend. We miss the couple that brought the farm animals up on Sat night. Not saying we wouldn’t come back, but wish it would be as welcoming as it was 15 yrs ago.

Old cold fries didn’t even bother to re drop them to heat them up. Tons of missing items. When I called to get the missing items refunded they said they couldn’t do it which is a joke. I’ve managed in this industry and POS systems can refund any card in there system period.
Incompetent managers. This is the Brainerd location. Take the 5 minute drive to Baxter. Their food is constantly fresh, and when they forget your shit they refund your money. Keep the 15$ you guys clearly need it.

We order drive thru often, but my son occasionally likes to eat inside to play. There is next to 0 customer service inside. All the employees hang out in the kitchen, we see them look at customers waiting to be helped at the counter, employees walk by us multiple times and nobody acknowledges any of the customers in the lobby.

We tried to get a quick bite on our way home tonight, we were asked to pull around and wait which usually means that the food will at least be hot…not the case tonight! We waited over 10 minutes and then when we did receive our order the fries were warm and clearly not fresh and all of our sandwiches were barely warm. Very disappointing!

Back in November I had an extremely negative experience Regarding a happy meal that I had purchased for my child that did not come with the advertise toy. I selected a toy and received a toddler toy Which was not what was advertised. I spoke to Brooke Who said she would send me out some coupons, but they never came. I understand the happy meals, change, and terms of the toys that they offer. But if they are offering something in the mobile app and giving something completely different, that should be noted. And if something is offered in compensation to an issue, it should be followed through on. I never received any follow-through.
