Every single time I go to this specific location and I order a Deluxe McCrispy and I get a normal McCrispy. Almost Every Single Time!!! How difficult is it to put lettuce, tomato, and mayo on a sandwich like seriously it takes 5 seconds.

I got two double cheeseburger, with only ketchup and pickles to go. Got home and first one i unwrapped had mustard on 3 sides of the wrapper. Both had onions stuck to the buns and to the bottom of the burger, obviously there is ZERO pride in their work or CLEANLINESS! Inside is disgusting also. Would give zero stars if possible!

By far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. Service was soooo slow even though there wasn’t a single other customer there besides me at the time. The floor was absolutely disgusting. How this place is still open is beyond my understanding. The one and only positive thing about the place was the one Hispanic kid was really nice.

Headed home from a game, it was late night but there were no complaints from staff, just smiles. Our food came out quickly and was freshly cooked. Best chicken nuggets we had in a long time. Thank you.

We’re new to the area. Over our 6 months in town we’ve probably eaten here about 20 times. Never 1 time has our order been correct. After getting frustrated each of the last 3 times I’ve asked for the order to be corrected. Every time I’ve been called names and told derogatory statements. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS. They dont want or deserve it.

Place was a dump, workers were not friendly what so ever one was even in pjs, there was a large leak on the floor about a half inch of water from the pop machine and when we notified the workers they did nothing about it. The food also took very long to get. No a good experience at all.

Floor was filthy, looked like it hadn’t been swept all day. Staff were standing around talking for ages, took 20 minutes to get a chicken sandwich and quarter pounder. Ordered a spicy mcrispy and got a plain mcrispy in the spicy ones bag. Whole place reeked of weed. Don’t waste your money here, go to literally any other fast food place in long prairie
