This particular McDonald’s location has repeatedly provided a truly frustrating experience, marked by poor food quality and a disruptive atmosphere.
My most recent order included four McChickens, and I am honestly disgusted at the quality output. Not a single McChicken was saved from the old, wilted lettuce. The lack of care in preparing the food is obvious, and it clearly reflects the overall level of service.
As for delivery, I have a consistent issue: whoever is packing my order always forgets something. I’m starting to think they are not reading the full receipt or customization tickets, such as requests to leave off lettuce or pickles.
The service is exactly what you’d expect from people who clearly don’t want to be there. This lack of enthusiasm shows in the poor quality of the food.
As for the atmosphere, don’t bother going inside. While I appreciate kids socializing, it becomes a problem when a group of teenagers essentially camps out there all day long. They are constantly in the way, disrespectful, and block the ordering kiosks. I even had to intervene because someone almost walked off with my to-go order.
This is not hyperbole: if you avoid the drive-thru or curbside pickup, you’ll find the lobby packed with teens who are always there, sharing meals, and enjoying free refills. You can even see the crowd inside if your vehicle is tall enough in the drive-thru.
This has gone on on multiple occasions, and I would strongly recommend another location altogether. The consistent mistakes with delivery and customizations, combined with the bad food and the uncomfortable, crowded lobby, make this location one to avoid.

I’m hoping the workers here can see this but every time I order here, I never have issues. And any of the workers I’ve interacted with were great. It’s always quick when I’m picking up food and I rarely have to talk much. It’s awesome for when I’m having an off day. So if you guys, the workers, are reading this: you’re doing great and I appreciate all of you. I know it’s not a big consolation for all that you do, but there has been many a day I know I can rely on this location for good and quick food. Thank you guys again!

Red flag company. The workers are phenomenal but the prices and the food… its completely ignorant to ever eat here. You are more so paying your neighbors for tolerating their existence in your neighborhoods. Better you buy your own groceries or even hire a cook. Lots of people enjoy cooking for others, its good to get to know those people or learn to cook for yourself. From unquenchable thirst to being filled for only a short period of time no matter how much you eat.. its simply ignorant to eat here. I pray their company stops this behavior and actually utilize its platform to feed the world honestly.

Service is always hit or miss, never consistent, and forgets items in order. Do yourself a favor and go the extra couple of miles to the Waite park location by the splash pad. That store actually serves hot food and consistent service. They should just shut down this location

This is literally the worst location in Saint Cloud. They never get the order right, something is almost always missing from the bag. They treat you with zero respect and act as if you ordering food at the place they work is the biggest inconvenience that could happen to them. The food is almost always served cold and soggy, sandwiches are always a mess, and if you ask for modifications for your sandwich don’t expect it.

Food was very obviously premade AT LEAST 30 minutes before they gave this disgusting mess to me. The 10pc nuggets were soggy and stuck together, the large fries were half filled, undercooked and soggy, they forgot the deluxe spicy crispy chicken sandwich so I had to go back to the drive through AGAIN just to get only a spicy mccrispy and not the deluxe. Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, not sure how it’s still in business when literally all the surrounding McDonald’s within a 5 mile range are better to a degree

I went to use my points today. I did a couple orders. On my last one this employee comes out and tells me they’re gonna give me my food. I’m pretty sure she complained to her manager about coming out a 3rd time. There has never been any limit. So I would be wary going to this place

The lobby was closed at 830 on a Friday night and they also wouldn’t take my order at the drive thru due to their headset not working but had 10 people in there standing around by the register I also got the middle finger from a worker I can’t believe these people are being paid to stand around the flip people…they should have sent people home if they couldn’t take orders and leave a sign on the drive thru or just closed completely… I guess that’s what you get when you go to McDonald’s unprofessional people

Don’t get me wrong the food is always good and they have never made a mistake. However, every single time I’m here busy or not, they either park me in a spot to wait for my food. OR they make me wait for 10+ minutes in the drive through, until someone wants to take my order at least 5 cars go through the other drive through before I get the chance.

I had to pull up and wait for my order of a bacon quarter pounder and large fry. I assumed I would be getting something fresh because of the wait. Instead I got old cold fries and a cold burger. I will not be visiting McDonald’s again
