Not sure how they stay open with their prices. They don’t follow any of the nationally televised prices. The meal I get at any other McDonald’s for just under $9 is nearly $13 at this location. Staff was friendly but I chose to walk next door. $2 more and I was able to eat a real meal at a sit down restaurant.

Waiting 25 minutes for a fry and large coke is ridiculous! This has happened the past 3 visits and it’s the middle of the day! The only reason this would deserve one star is because of the sweet drive thru lady, you can tell she really cares about people. Other then that it’s a negative 5 stars for me.

Short staffed. I ordered mobile so I could just swing in and pick it up from the counter. It was about 5 minutes until lobby close but the man at the counter kicked me out before I could say I was picking up an order. I went through the drive thru and between the 3 people there they could not grasp the concept that I ordered ahead and my order was likely sitting waiting for counter pick up. They definitely needed a cool-headed manager and maybe a few more staff to keep them from appearing like chickens running around with their heads off.

Awful customer service. Several workers looked at us waiting to order and never said anything. Finally asked a worker sitting down if anyone was taking orders to have her get up and go find someone. The gal that came to take our order rudely stated that she is only one worker doing the jobs of 5 people so i let her know that I was unaware of that and typically someone would at least acknowledge people waiting. She was just rude and unpleasant to us and the gentleman in front of us. Will not be going back.

Watch your slips it must be at all McD’s we asked for a happy meal for my granddaughter and we asked for apple juice and we were charged with 10 cents extra for the juice so we asked no one knows so we asked what drink comes with a happy meal milk ,or apple juice so we started checking all the slips we get from mc D’s and sure enough if you ask for a medium sized drink or.larged with a meal order they will charge you 10 cents more for the drink . So please check your slips I would like to know why they have to charge more for a happy meal drink when it comes with the meal . It’s becoming disappointing for the kids and parents that want to take their kids there and get charged

Gave us the wrong food. Went back in and they acted like it was our fault. Only go here if you like ketchup sandwiches because that’s all you could taste more ketchup than burger. Manager was rude.
