Before I state my review I would like to say that I am 15, Since I’m 15, I can’t drive a car. I decided to bike down to McDonald’s to get some food and a drink, The inside was closed and the only option was drive through. I decided to online order food so I can pick it up through drive through, “Keep in mind that I am on a bike”, Anyway long story short I was told that they can’t give me my food since I was on a bike…. I repeated numerous times that I would like my food or a refund but they told me “we are not going to refund or complete your order, get out of my drive through or we can call the cops”. At that point I was fed up and left. I have never had such a bad experience while ordering food. I’m 15 with no license how am I suppose to get my food???

I pulled up to the drive thru at 230 when it says your open until 3. No one answered the machine and I sat there for 5 to 10 mins. I drove up to the window and saw people inside working.

Went thru drive thru. Employees at windows were great. Got my food quickly – by how cold it was, it obviously sitting for some time. Very disappointing. Don’t want to drive back across town to have it replaced.
