I usually hit up this McDonald’s on my way to Cannon Falls for the weekend. I’ve learned to stop getting the snack wraps as I’ve usually have issues with the chicken tenders inside. They always have some kind of cartilage or something with them.
Other than that, I’ve never had an issue with their McChicken or burger patties. Definitely watch out when you’re in the drive-through. Some people will come in through the exit and almost hit your head on the design for their parking lot was not very spot on.

I just got a quarter pounder with cheese and I took a a couple bites without looking at my burger and when I looked down it looked a little pink and then I realized it wasn’t cooked all the way… I’m well aware that it’s beef but McDonald’s never cooks their burger patty’s medium rare and I’m honestly concerned about my health now
Re: just went back to get the order fixed and it still came out even pinker than the last. The photo of one bite and it being split in half is the new burger they just made me. This is upsetting.

My sister and I walked in to, who I assume was the manager yelling at the kid who took our order. When our order was taken he was very passive, which was understandable because we’d just watched him get ripped a new one by management. My sister and I sat down, and she dug into her fries… Which we’re cold. I opened up my big mac to find two middle buns instead of a top middle and bottom, which I found funny. Until I bit into it and it was also cold. I reached out to corporate and never heard anything back. Save your money and go somewhere else. This McDonald’s is a mess.

The 3rd time I’ve been to this location.
First time was a breeze and courteous customer service!
Second time was a considerable wait without communication.
The 3rd time I went inside and was told I needed to use an order kiosk. Payment wouldn’t go through so I had to wait for an employee at the front counter. After I explained the issue and received help it took 4 re-tries to get my order together on the screen, and then it kept glitching out. I was apologized to and told I could come back later if I still wanted something to eat… and that was it. A little confused at the resolution, but Coborns has a great deli just next door!

Horrible and Dirty!
Not a clean table to be found & not very busy. Chicken strips looked burnt & tasted like they were made yesterday. Couldn’t eat them & took them back. Waited a long time & finally asked about them & they were back there but nobody noticed. To be fair the new ones were very good. Fries not too bad. Not very friendly at all. Should have done better!!

This is a fairly typical McDonald’s. Can have a great experience or a bad experience depending on the staff you run into. Majority of visits have went well, most employee’s are friendly and want to do a good job for you. It’s fairly small but not normally filled up. Every time I’ve been there it’s been clean. It is connected to a Speedway so a little extra convenience.

I’ve been here a few times now and I’m afraid I’m done. First time I came through the drive through the window cashier didn’t speak at all with exception of the ordering process. Literally no words escaped his mouth during the entire, bizarre, interaction. The second time I came through I was told to pull up to the first window. No one showed up After about 5-6 minutes of waiting. I pulled up to the second window and the employee acted like it was an inconvenience to pull out the card reader for me. The third time the staff were pretty normal however, my food was incredibly over salted. I couldn’t even finish my sandwich because of how salty it was. After reading many reviews similar to my own, it seems this location has a cultural problem that other McDonald’s locations do not have.

More often than not, the food is warm enough, the service friendly enough. Probably one of the better McDonald’s around, but wish they would make sure they weren’t pulling their fries early when they were busy. When they’re not fully cooked, just not good.

Awful. Took our drive thru order and then completely screwed it up. It’s like she wasn’t even listening to us when we placed the order. Then told us to drive up to lane 1 to wait for our coffee. Needless to say our coffee never came and we just took off. Wasn’t worth the wait anymore.
I appreciate people actually getting up and going to work these days…..but that was a pretty bad trip to Mickey D’s.
