this is the worst mcdonald’s in a 30 mile radius and i’ve actually been keeping track of which locations are better than this one over the last 6+ months and it’s literally any other one at any given time(lakeville, both chaska locations, both shakopee, jordan, prior lake, etc). WHY ARE THE FRIES RAW EVERY TIME??? they’re also never filled full. i’d actually want to spend more money on gas getting to another location than on the food at this place(and i have).. the young workers are all kind and hard working and no hate to them but the seemingly high managers on the other hand who have been working at this place since the other building i think should know better.. im a cook myself in a sit down restaurant(have worked for corporations and local), not saying i should expect high quality from this place but atleast my food cooked through, you can tell its not at how starchy they are, the color and when you pick it up at any given time its limp. if its fresh oil i’d understand the color but its literally not even cooked through!!!! i’ve also had close experiences with the nuggets not feeling cooked long enough. i’ve just mainly stopped getting those now and only fries but that’s not even safe. *pic inserted is of a large fry that was not touched until we got home and was tired of paying $5 for a not full and raw container of fries*

Pretty much you’re standing at McDonald’s. Although this one was almost 100% digital, no one was manning the counter. There were some people that needed assistance and had to wait a little bit as there was no one up there.
The restaurant seemed dirty granted this was during lunchtime, but you’d think with no one at the counter they would have time to clean.
I did receive my order correctly. The food seem to be heated to a good temp. I might consider considering visiting here again if I was passing through.

Very kind and friendly service from the girl with pink hair, despite these two very rude teens in the lobby that were trying to force her to break rules on the monopoly. She deserves credit for handling the terrible customers so well and still provide good service to other people at the same time. I wanna say her name was Dylan. Well done, I’m impressed by the customer service.

Can’t get orders right and I mean even just one breakfast order, half of the employees look like they just woke up or are complete zombies…always a long line to wait in…something needs to change…worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Went here for dinner. The person taking orders at drive thru was saying random stuff like random amounts or talking over to someone about something and wasn’t really clear to me when i placed the order. Upon waiting for my food, the one guy had to wait for more food or something. Some workers standing and chatting or gossiping about the busy night or random stuff.

I’d like to update my previous review. This location has really improved — it’s much cleaner now, and there are some truly wonderful new employees. A big thank you to the young man in the pink vest (I think he might be Latino). He was extremely kind, polite, and full of positive energy! It’s always a pleasure to be served by someone so welcoming. Thank you for the great experience!
Went to McDonald’s, and honestly, it wasn’t a great experience. The place wasn’t very clean, but what really stood out was what was happening in the kitchen. Some employees weren’t wearing head coverings, which is already a hygiene issue. One girl in particular caught my attention—she had long, loose hair with no head covering at all. And, strangely enough, she also had a mustache.
I don’t want to judge anyone, but when someone with these “features” is preparing food in an open kitchen, it definitely kills the appetite.
McDonald’s is supposed to have strict cleanliness standards, but after seeing this, I’m not sure I want to eat there again. Hopefully, management takes this seriously.
