sat in line waiting to order for 10 minutes. went in ordered an got no receipt at the machine so I have no clue what my order number is. the bathroom had pee all over the floor. an my fry wasn’t even full glt a large only got the amount of a regular. worst I’ve been to in 10 years

Nice McDonalds, can be busy at times.
Parking lot is easy enough to get through and in/out of, right off of i90 with 2 gas stations right across the street.
As of January of 2025, they still have the self serve drink refills inside.

7pm staff moved their mouths more than their hands, 15 minute wait in the drive thru just to be asked to park and wait for my order, which was a cheeseburger, fries, and 4 nuggets. My own fault for expecting a decent experience from a McDonald’s.

This McDonald’s restaurant is the most stupid and cheating workers in there. Don’t try it. At my first time I ordered two orders of meals. Both of my large fries were cold and smooshy fries. We didn’t eat them and threw them away we lost our money.
I went again next time all the fries they gave me were very salty and smooshy again we had to throw away again.
My third time, since it was a cold day I just would like to order two large coffee to go. I paid then waited for ten minutes and saw no one came to prepare the coffee for me. I honked a bunch of times very loud there came three people at the same time to watch after me to see what happened. I asked where is my order of coffee. They began to look at each other and looked up at the monitor up there. One of them saw my order and she dumped the leftover coffee to one of the coffee cup to me and began to prepare to boil a new one. I could not wait and had to leave. My loss again. I promise, I will never ever go back to this restaurant. This is real poor service I ever had with other McDonald’s restaurant though.

This is the best place to go to get some work done (or to run away from the family for a bit)! The Wi-Fi works great, there are outlets I can plug my laptop into, unlimited refills on drinks, and comfy seating. If you visit after 4 or so, you get a little more drama with the teenagers, but there’s nothing crazy that I’ve ever seen go on here before. In the mornings, you get the older crowd hanging out with their buddies and drinking coffee. The staff are very friendly here and the service is great!

Rude as all can be drive thru at expedite Al handing out the food. Threw the food at us in the drive thru didn’t give us all our order and was extra rude and not professional. I made a complaint to the manger on shift and she only said ya?!? Like really that’s how you conduct business you make 15 an hour for what?’ You guys barely do your job right!!!!

Got asked multiple times what kind of sauce I wanted got home and looked in my bag had no sauce for a 20 piece. Nugget asked for sweet-and-sour ridiculous. Don’t live close enough to be able to drive back and get any sauce.
