Hands down – best McDonald’s I’ve maybe ever had. Fries were so fresh they were still drying and perfectly salted. Great hospitality from employees saying hi when not even helping me, cleaner was smiling at me. And McDonald’s knocked it out of the park on the new Big Arch. Top NOTCH McDonald’s experience!

Walk in and it’s tiny. Feels like it’s under construction or it’s not finished on the inside. But it is finished. Walk up to cashier and there is no menu on the wall. Cashier said we don’t have one, but we have this book that you can flip through with menu items. But no amounts for any of the items. They have a keyosk order system. But who wants to put cash in one of those? Very strange feeling. And no drink station or condiments station. Just napkins and straws. French fries on the floor and papers. Tiniest McDonald’s that I have ever been in. The cashier was very nice and helped steer us toward a good lunch deal only $6. But the chicken nuggets were not fresh- dried out. I was not very happy. Waste of $6. I was in a McDonald’s in Winona MN and that place was very clean and very nice and had beverage station and condiment station and had menus on the wall to order from. The manager needs to get in touch with corporate and get some menus on the wall for people to order from and a beverage and condiment station. Do they think this is all the people of St. Charles deserve? I hope not.

Food came quick and was well prepared. I really appreciate the after-hours trucker kiosk! Don’t see that too often at other McDonald’s. Staff was great! Customer service at its finest

I went there at 6am this morning. Note on window says they open at 630am today. I see someone working inside preparing to open. If someone inside then they should be open to posted hours and deal with setting up along the way.
Not a good impression especially if this happens a lot. They seem comfortable putting up written signs they open half an hour later. Guess employees here make their own time to open the store

Completely Normal Mcdonald’s Experience! They were pretty busy for a new location but still were getting food out quick. Just like any other Mcdonald’s! Great

Stopped here while traveling. Easy on and off the highway. The staff was friendly and helpful. Service was fast and accurate. The selection of food was very limited compared to other McDonald’s. No chicken options at breakfast.

I had got the kids meals 6 piece nuggets. I was disappointed with the size of the small fry. I had also found a small hair in my fry. I was happy with the taste of the nuggets but only got 1 ranch that was very small. The apples were fine but the chocolate milk I got was not very chocolaty. The service was great. The employee was very kind and helpful. Overall not bad

We came in at 11 am on a Saturday. We were the only customers in the store when we had to order at the kiosk because no one was at the counter. We waited 30 minutes for our food. Meanwhile, 4 employees were sitting on break. Never again will we visit this place.

Why accept a person behind me? I was asked to hold on at the drive thru for a few minutes. I sat there and then another person pulls up and has their order taken on the other side immediately. This is ridiculous, people have place to go and this is supposed to be quick service and it is not.
