I ordered some of those new chips ahoy frappe’s with some burgers and they were AWESOME…
The service was great. Carlito was nice and friendly at the drive thru window. Esten (the manager I think), let me know my order was on the way and was very polite when communicating with me. Short wait…
The team members all were friendly and made it a nice visit. I’d prefer this McDonald’s over the ones in Rochester.

Just came through with my dad and our order was completely messed up. He ordered The daily Mcvalue meal and got charged for the burger and drink individually with receiving the fry or nuggets. He also ordered a fish sandwich which when he opened the box had nothing on it. It was just the fish and bread, no cheese lettuce or tarter. I ordered 4 McDonald’s no onions and all had onion. I am allergic so I couldn’t even eat. I would not recommend coming here unless you are willing tk slowly speak so they dont mess up your order. Very disappointed.

I went to McDonald’s this morning, and it took almost 15 minutes just to get a burger and a coffee in the drive-thru. The service was terrible. Cars that arrived after me got their orders faster, which was really frustrating.
They gave me the coffee at the regular window, but made me wait another 5 minutes at the last one just for the burger. Because of this, I was late for work. Completely unacceptable experience.

I normally order 1 item after work, and very rarely is my order done correctly. Just came through the drive-thru and ordered a Big Mac with no onions & extra pickle but not even one pickle was even put on. And the burger was so overcooked and dried out I could only eat part of it. Won’t be wasting my money there for a long time

The manger Derek was very rude, they messed up on my son’s kids meal they added onions and pickles when I had asked them for none. When I went to ask them to fix it he just rolled his eyes at me and took it out of my hand with out even saying anything. It took them over 5 minuets to fix it. And the manager kept saying a lot of swear words VERY LOUDLY when I had my KIDS in the lobby. I will not be coming back this was the worse service every get better mangers. The lobby was messy trash everywhere trash cans were full and no clean spots to sit.

Was ignored in drive thru..Had to pull through and enter restaurant. Daughter ordered plain cheeseburger which had to go back three times, once ketchup added, second time onions, third ketchup again. Food also was cold.. super frustrating. Would of been fine as we make mistakes but nobody took ownership nor apologized for mishaps..

Had to go to third window to get drinks. Ordered Happy Meal, never received the chocolate milk. Got the one drink but had to ask for the other drink that was ordered. Hamburger was smash with nothing on it. Will not be going back!

I stopped here after work to get dinner at 8:30 pm. The dining room doors were locked already even though the hours posted said they were open until 10 pm. There were people inside eating and staff behind the counter, but the doors were locked 1.5 hours before closing time with no note or explanation about closing early. I then went through the drive-thru and the service was very slow even with only 1 car in the line. The only saving grace was that they were able to get make my order correctly and it tasted ok.

Everyone ignored you when you walked in, I waited up there for my kids cup and no one came up to me, then I watched the manager blatantly ignore a few kids that were trying to tell them some of their food was missing. He looked at this kid and then continued to walk. This place just continues to go down hill, the atmosphere, the employees, the cleanliness. It is just astonishing how this place I still open
