We will not return to this location. Its sad because its closer to my job but its not worth the headache. They take twice as long as the Oakland location, the food is wrong half the time when I finally do get it. Trying to speak with anyone is like pulling teeth. Save yourself the nightmare and go to Oakland McDonald’s.
Edited to add: their frappe machine has been broken for ATLEAST a month. Could get an employee to come over for me to inquire why.

me and my bf went inside to grab a few drinks for us before heading home. we each ordered a large drink, as we were filling our cups up one of the ladies came out from behind the counter and proceeded to yell at my bf because he was getting water and she thought he had sprite in his cup, she then yelled and demanded he empty his cup and refill it with water even though that’s what he already had in his cup. maybe they need to hire a drink assistant to stand there and watch everyone fill there cups up so we don’t get screamed at for a Diet Coke and water lol

100% Extra greasy. It was just like pig slop! Went through drive thru a second time and it was worse than the first time. We went back today and got our money back. See pictures. There was also hardly anything on the big mac.

Literally took forever to get me two iced coffees and made me pull forward and in total waited like 10 minutes as I’m already just trying to get a quick coffee for work. So, a tip for anyone reading this, don’t go to McDonald’s thinking you’re gonna get yourself a speedy service and your side of coffee before work. They’ll almost always make you late.

For the past few time ive been to this McDonalds i have had to get my order remade ive had drinks mixed up and ive missed fries out of a 5$ Meal im my opinion and easy meal i use to work at a McDonalds it should not be that hard to real what going in a meal or ask for help that has been the worst experience ive had with McDonalds
