Great experience – never have had a McDonalds employee suggest and ring up an order in a cheaper way for the customer. Very friendly, kind and great customer service all around! Coral was great!!!
Just went here again today and Erik D was absolutely wonderful!! He had an amazing attitude for the second visit in a row and so helpful and kind. This man deserves a raise or some sort of acknowledgment- he’s one of a kind!!

Food was made to perfection! It has been a long time since I had McDonald’s food that tasted like it was made with pride. Egg Mc Muffin was perfect, with the egg yolk still soft and not dried out, hash brown was perfectly crisp.

I have a confession to make. I love McDonalds! ❤️ This location is my favorite out of all I have visited. The crew there is outstanding and they really do a great job of making people feel welcome un top of good service. I use the app a lot and it’s just easy it’s crazy! The lines for the drive through can get long during the lunch hour but they still get things done! There are lot of people waking up and down London Rd and 21st Ave east to go to this location. I am so glad they keep sinking money into the location. My only complaint is they should have placed the building where we could better enjoy that million dollar view of the lake! Maybe next time they build a new one! ❤️

Told me to wait at drive thru and took other lane… I was only person at either window when they told me to wait
For more context there was vehicles in both lanes when I picked a lane
They worked through all the vehicles in both lanes i was only one left they asked mobile etc… I replied yes about 30 seconds of silence later I ask hello? (Still only car in drive thru) and get told to please wait. While waiting another car pulls into other lane and they take the order and complete it when they ask me what I would like

I’ve been to numerous McDonald’s from West Coast, East Coast, Southern U.S. (Texas)
This McDonald’s is literally one of the very best in the NATION.
Their isn’t one bad thing to say… The workers are incredible, the managers and all the employees are amazingly nice, hard working, and immensely dedicated.
I only wish Corporate for McDonald’s could give everyone bonuses or higher wages… The teamwork And compassion
This McDonald’s has for the Duluth Community is such a blessing.
I know my review may sound grandiose or fanciful… But I have documented it for years in person. This is the Best McDonald’s in Duluth, and quite possibly the best McDonald’s in the Northland/All of Minnesota.

London Rd McDonald’s in Duluth, MN has horrible sick policies. They have forced my son to go in sick several times over the last two years. Anytime he is too sick to work they threaten to write him up if he doesn’t come in. He always wants to go because he doesn’t want to lose his job and he is is such a great worker so he always ends up going in despite being super sick and showing symptoms like coughing and a severe running/dripping nose. As his parent, I told McDonald’s that he can’t go in because we don’t want to get customers sick and they always get super rude with us and demand he comes in despite being sick and showing symptoms. Going in while showing symptoms will get customers sick and this should be against their policies!!! This is a health hazard. And we informed McDonald’s of this to prevent spreading sickness but they didn’t care.
