No no, not THAT low. I should still be able to order a Diet Coke that gets to my hand as a Diet Coke
Not the case, on multiple occasions I’ve ordered that drink and received a Coke instead. For most, not the end of the world and for my gf, possible fainting and confirmations due to dumping syndrome from bariatric surgery.

I always tell myself to not go to this McDonald’s. It was late, 11:00pm to be exact and the McDonald’s that I usually go to is closed. This has happened more than once but it always happens during the night shift (4:00pm to close). The order is always wrong and the food is always messy. I ordered a triple cheeseburger and I got a double cheeseburger with and extra slice of cheese. The cheese was cold and did not even melt. Burger was cold. Ketchup was all over the wrapper. Pickles bunched up and burger looks like someone sat on it ( I know this Bc I seen how an actual triple cheeseburger looks like and taste like and it’s nothing like this trash). Please have your employees go through proper training on how to prepare a burger. This was 11pm at night so it was not busy. Please invest in your employees. They do not know how to prepare/cook food for customers. On top of that customer service is poor. Get rid of your night crew and get new employees. Get rid of your night manager too. Y’all keep messing up. The McDonald’s at northdale blvd however is exceptionally great. Excellent customer service. Attention to detail and burger looks delicious and taste delicious. Everyone please go to northdale blvd McDonald’s instead of this trash place on Hanson.

Horrible food , blew my whole order , put me on hold and started talking trash while they thought that I wasn’t listening. I’ll be going up there in the morning. Will discuss this with management and get my refund. It appears that they tried to put me into a voicemail jail and take the phone off the hook. I specifically asked for no ketchup, mustard, pickles, and they added extra totally missing the point I then asked for a refund or someway to fix this and they just set the phone on the counter

So these coupons that you get on your phone are holding everything up and then people not knowing how to use them going to the get their food and order stuff over their coupons everybody has to wait for them I don’t use them I don’t see why I have to wait. I do think they did great though with the food as far as it goes the price of the food was Way cheap but the food was way cheap as well so you get what you pay for I guess great value just rid of everybody’s coupons holding me up when I don’t even use them I’m not asking for a cheaper I’ll pay their price I just want my food so I can go.

Don’t waste your time. Ordered our food and was denied our food. Told us to cancel the order but our order was already being prepared the app said so we couldn’t even cancel it. Had to go around the drive thru again just to find out our food was sitting there cold. Staff is not trained well. Basically robots working.

Got our discourage order wrong twice. Outside dining area is much better than inside. Tons of birds that love fries don’t feed them, you will get yelled at.

Horrible the worker cussed me out threw my food on me and when I tried to complain they kicked me out after simply asking for a refill NEVER GO HERE I have never got my food in 1 peice and it’s never been warm plus I saw 2 workers doing it in the bathroom if you know what I mean
