Would it kill you to open the lobby all night? People need places to go and McDonald’s used to be that.
Door dasheing nd delivering food would be ten times easier

I’m sick of trying to pick up orders when I have to wait 20.mins in the drive through.
My order was ready last night when I arrived. Ready to be picked up. 2 mcchickens that’s it. There were 20 cars in line and its ridiculous to have to wait for customers who haven’t even ordered yet.

Fix this. It’s a problem. It’s an easy fix too. Keep your lobby open you are open so people can come pick up orders.

Covid is over. Enough of this crap

The hottest crispiest chicken nuggets I have ever received in my life!! Drive thru line moved a bit slow, but honestly I’d have waited twice that time for nuggets this hot and crispy. And they gave me 3 honey packets! My new favorite McDonald’s.

Been in the neighborhood for 6 years and stop here for breakfast when in a hurry because of its convenient location. In the last year this place has gone way down hill since more often than not some aspect of your order is incorrect almost every time. Last week alone I went there and realized when I got home that I got someone else’s specific order. The next day my wife got a frappe on her way to work, the girl at the window just said “sorry” and handed her the wrong one and walked away. And that link does nothing..already tried it and it’s just got a generic corporate response. It’s cool, I’ll just go somewhere else.

Ordered at the kiosk but then looked around for a table. The dining room is not very large, and there were no open tables, so we shared a large table with another couple. Food came out quickly. It tasted great, and the fries were perfectly salted. An employee was actively cleaning the tables when people left.

I ordered two hamburgers in the McDonald’s app. They brought out my bag of food to the passenger side of my car. (Please bring it to the driver side of the car)
I drove away and opened the bag. It was two cheeseburgers. The McDonald’s cheese is really bad, yuck. There is no way in the app to contact customer service. I’m going to Culver’s next time.

McDonald’s clearly wants customers to use the self-serve kiosks (or the app) to place orders but neither option is straight- forward. The in-store kiosk, because it is so poorly laid out, is confusing, time-consuming and frustrating for many of the customers. In the short time I was waiting for my other, I saw 3 people get frustrated with the kiosk and finally give up and leave. The app is also a horribly bumbled fiasco. McDonald’s, if you want customers to place orders using the app or kiosks, redesign it so someone other than a computer science major can figure it out.

Food is good, but I’ve consistently have had my food take almost 15 minutes to come out after ordering despite ordering during non-rush hour hours. Once on Sunday at 5pm and a Tuesday night at 7pm.

Horrible service constantly. My ice coffee had no ice and the bottom was all coffee grounds. Went inside stood at the counter never once was I greeted I walked out. With the same messed up ice coffee. This location has gone way downhill
