I used the drive through. The drive through experience was good. Window service was weird. But anyways, I ordered the 4a being the McCrispy Combo. The McCrispy sandwich was BURNT with some hard bread. The fries, I kept getting HAIR all in my mouth. The bag of fries was FULL of hair ! With every single bite I was getting another strand of hair! Needless to say, I will NOT be revisiting this location!!!

Their hours online and on the doors say that they’re open until midnight in the drive thru. I tried going through the drive thru at 11:40 when I got home from work and I got that closing message “I’m sorry, we are closed. Please visit during business hours.” The automated message voice
Yall are supposed to be open 5am to Midnight. And I’m PRETTY SURE 11:40 is before midnight…Just annoyed at this location. I stopped coming here for a very long time and wanted to give them another chance. I’m starting to regret that decision…

Showing 2 houses today in Edina and thought I’d stopped and had a hamburger and a Diet Coke. Really fast service, the food was hot and good. Staff was nice. I decided to go in and order my food to go. The drive through line was very long period the only negative about this location is the whole area because it’s across from Southdale center is so incredibly busy that the traffic can be overwhelming at times. But I got in and out of the restaurant in less than 10 minutes.

Stopped in here to get a quick lunch with the kids. Wanted to sit down but their doors were locked. I am officially done with McDonalds. Their food experience is terrible and the food is the worst fast food. Culver’s and just about anything very other fast food is far superior. Consider me done

This was my second time with this issue, I order a spicy pepper sauce and mayonnaise, and I got 2 mayonnaise, I got the 20 nuggets bundle and I only get 16 nuggets, my friend was all over my bag, and the employee under age with the red uniform was rude when I asked her to switch the Mcsauce for the mayonnaise that I asked and her answer was (so do you want you money back) what typo of answer is that? Also my fries was cold and they didn’t put salt on it. This was my favorite store but I don’t recommend anymore.

One of the worst drive-thru experiences I’ve ever had. I pulled up to order, and the workers completely ignored me. Cars behind me were helped right away while I sat there with no greeting, no order taken, nothing. It honestly felt like I was being treated differently because of how I look, and that is unacceptable. No customer should ever feel judged or disrespected like that. This location needs serious training on respect, equality, and basic customer service. Never ever gonna eat at this mcdonald’s✌️

Constantly missing items from my order, such as today where my chicken nugget meal had no chicken nuggets. This particular location also switched to tiny paper bags for their “large” fries, so you don’t even get the typical amount of every other McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.

Last night about 11 PM me and my fiancé came here for a late night bite. We only had hundred dollar bills so that’s what we paid with. We went to window two where there was too young Mexican gentleman there at that time it looked like one of them unplugged, a white cable that was to a camera or some of that sort the money was then brought into the back of the store and took a long time to be able to actually get the change given back to us when I finally was it was eight dollars short we asked them about it. They consistently said no no no and after what I’ve been through that day, I was kind of just like whatever they were not acting like they could speak very good English so it was a language barrier as well I would just say that the district manager of this store if you’re not in on it, you need to be watching the cameras and you need to be seeing why there’s gaps in your camera footage simply because they’re definitely is cash that’s going on at this location on a major scale and people being taken advantage of
