they closed at 7 on christmas eve i placed two mobile orders before then and they only gave me one even after i told them i ordered however many minutes before they closed and a lady with long dark hair was very rude about it all and laughed in my face as i had to drive away. very mean especially cus i come here all the time and that’s never happened to me before. i get it’s stressful but the least you can do is spread some holiday cheer. literally ended up crying in the parking lot bc of how rude she was.

This was some of the best McD’s I have had in a really long time. I came in on a Friday around 1:00pm. The team was on point, the food was fresh, and the store was very clean.

Whoever manages the night shift here is terrible, all I ask for is two large fries made fresh. They had me pull around and wait 10 minutes for the “hot” fries and they very obviously have been sitting out for a while because some of them are legitimately cold. If you want McDonald’s at night go to another location because this is consistently the worst in the area.

Food was fine. Never received any of my McDonald’s game pieces in my bag or on the mobile app. That was the only reason I even ordered the food. There is never any consistency with McDonald’s. Don’t promote something if every store isn’t participating. If they are participating why wasn’t I given any pieces for items specifically listed on the website as eligible for game play? Annoying.

The service sucked at this location. Waited in line for around 10 mins, I got to the register to order, and the front counter person told me to order from the kiosk. For real. Too busy doing Christmas errands and forgot to eat. Patties were hockey pucks but they still did their job. Excellent customer service though.

Bugs in the drink – Be Cautious if you chose this location!!!!!!
Friday June 11 at 845-ish I went through the drive-thru ordered a breakfast combo with an iced coffee. I was about a mile down the road and my daughter realized there were two bugs in her cup! One was smashed in the lid and the other was floating on the top of the ice.
The line was wrapped around the building And the lobby is still closed so going back just to wait in a 15-minute line seemed a bit much…. But maybe we should have…
We got home to check her cup for more bugs and when she opened the bag of food she had the entire wrong order!
I tried calling the business and there was no answer just a automated number system. I tried every option however I couldn’t get in touch with anyone so I decided to take to Google and leave my review here…..
I was not offered a receipt from the young man taking payments but I have nothing to gain from a fictitious post.
This drive thru is usually spot on BUT I’ll never go here again,there are to many other options including McDonald’s with a few minutes.

Where I parked it was hard to get out since drive through car is driving by .i think it was busy hour But car backed up for me so I was able to get out .
It was good food and normal customers service as we expected .

Atmosphere rating not applicable. Did not dine in. Went through drive through. Order was correct. Minority employees were helpful, kind, generous, had understandable English, and quick to complete order. Would return to this drive through location and even feel obligated and delighted to dine inside. Pleasurable experience.
