The first impression a guest gets of a restaurant is how well they keep their premises clean. Walk in and the outside garbage in unit is overflowing with garbage. I visit the restroom and the garbage is overflowing and water all over the counter.
I went to place my order and the cashier did not know how to handle a complimentary meal card. Had to ask another associate and then a manager. The cashier had an issue with almost every guest she encountered. Looks like training isn’t done here very well.
Went to get ketchup at the drink station and it was empty for some time based on the dried splatter on the counter from when it spits out air when empty. Told the cashier and the manager just said give ketchup packets. I was in the restaurant for an hour and still not changed.
The garbage receptacles were overflowing and not attended to either. Went to sit down at my table and there was dried ketchup on it and a dead fly out something. Looked at the surrounding window near my table and they all had cobwebs, dead bugs and flies and food particles. This restaurant does not clean under the tables and ledges. Wooden shutters are full of dust. Glass on the front doors full of handprints.
The company owner needs to do something to get this restaurant back to clean standards or for managers in that will.
I will not return to this location.

I come here maybe 3-4 days out of the week. I always order food but I come in here to charge my devices. Was about to leave and I get approached by two police saying they want me trespassed. Nobody said anything to me and I’ve had issues in the past with one manager who wouldn’t honor a deal in the all but that’s it. I never leave trash, I don’t ask any customers for anything, I just keep to myself. I’m contacting higher ups soon and honestly with the prices I probably will never eat at this disgusting place again. Horrible all around. Karma.

Absolutely unacceptable experience at McDonald’s. They’re running the Monopoly campaign but refused to give me the receipt, which is required to enter the code. When I asked to speak with the manager, they told me to wait 10 minutes — yet it’s been over 15 minutes and no one has shown up. This is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to customers’ time. If McDonald’s can’t even manage basic service or transparency during their own promotion, that’s a serious problem.

Avoid at all costs during breakfast. They never have items ready and ask you to pull around the corner, then the unfilled orders pile up and the drive thru line can’t move. And then when they DO come out with the food, they have no idea who gets what. It’s horrible service.

For the entire 25 minutes I was there Sunday morning there was nobody at the register and they shut off of the kiosk. Me and a lot of upset people ended up leaving. It seems like they only prioritize the drive thru

Manager Agada a middle aged lady was EXTREMELY RUDE and disrespectful today at the 7997 Southtown Circle McDonald’s #18751 in Bloomington by target off the highway. I ordered a large soft drink that was deliberately downsized to a medium McCafe cup not even a medium soft drink cup. I asked why they did this she said the manager told her to do that and she offered no further explanation and her and her worker slammed the window shut in my face.

Apparently this is a franchise owned McDonalds because when I asked for cooperate to file a complaint they gave me a local number and a Gmail email account from a fella name Aldo an assistant manager.

I will update when I get my call and email returned. Hopefully I get a refund for my drink I paid for and a reasonable compensation for the RUDE and disrespectful service I got today

Typical McDonald’s experience here.
I went through the drive through for breakfast and was able to get through quickly.
The parking lot was clean and ready to get in & out of.
This location has a 24 hour drive through available, which is nice for those with late night cravings!

Do not come here for the Genshin Impact collaboration promo. They don’t have the special boxes even though they sell them in App and Kiosk.

I went to the store to ask what’s going on. Not only did the workers not know what it was, but the manager said they didn’t have them/doesn’t know if they’ll come in. That there wasn’t anything they could do. Why are you even selling them?

I don’t even play genshin dude. But I wanted to surprise my friend with this gift since he loves the game. Instead I have to deal with this.

Added note: Codes arn’t being sent to emails either. Wild.
