Stopped in for breakfast and coffee — the coffee is definitely the highlight here, consistently hot and flavorful. The food is solid overall, about an 8 out of 10, with the hash brown being a personal favorite. That said, for nearly $3, it’s disappointing when it arrives cold, which has happened on occasion.
They’re currently running the Monopoly game, but unlike some locations, this store uses game piece cards instead of placing stickers on the packaging. Because of that, the staff sometimes forgets to hand them out — something to watch for if you’re participating.
Despite those minor issues, the overall experience at this location has been great. The staff is always friendly and efficient, and the restaurant is well-kept. Easily the best McDonald’s in the area in my opinion. I’ll definitely continue coming back.

I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit breakfast sandwich on Tuesday morning. When I got to work they had given me a Sausage McGriddle. They told me to stop back and they would give me a free sandwich. It was lunch so I ordered the Chicken Deluxe with extra mayo. They gave me a sandwich with a small sliver if chicken that didn’t even cover 1/4 of the bun with no tomatoes. I brought it back and they then gave me a spicy chicken sandwich. The 4th sandwich was finally what I ordered, but the chicken was over cooked dark brown, dry and very thin. I have never had such poor service and quality of food from McDonalds. I will not be returning to this location.

I have eaten at this particular McDonald’s many times. They recently switched to drive thru ONLY. You can’t eat inside, they aren’t doing curbside service., drive thru or nothing. I placed my order through the app and showed the staff code at window. They gave me drinks and a bag. As I was starting to drive away, partner said that none of the food was correct.. I had to walk up to the drive thru to get it corrected.
This was inconvenient as hell. It is 2 above zero today, -15 windchill.
They eventually got it right. I will not go back to this particular place unless they go back to dine in. There are other McDonald’s that have it.

This is now the 4th time coming to this location that you have made me pull forward and wait a unreasonably long time, just to get the wrong order. And by a long time I mean like 10 – 15 minutes, just to get the wrong food. Every time someone comes out with someone elses order and asks if this your order? It never is what you ordered. Then they go back and grab something different, THE LAST 4 TIME ITS BEEN THE WRONG THING! If I could give you -5 stars I would, you deserve it!

I’ve had orders messed up here in the past, but today was the most irritating. I had an item wrung up incorrectly so I was overcharged, and was told to address it at the first window which it wasn’t even thought I was told it was. Both interactions were pretty rude. I usually avoid this McDonald’s. Should’ve avoided it today.

Reupdated and renovated really clean even smells like clean McDonalds. First time mobile order pick up i went inside the redone McDonalds and was happy to see the interior instead of doing the curbside pickup. I implore anyone to download the app get free/ cheaper / deals while you’re already going to go here otherwise check out the bundle meals for families i wish they had the breakfast bundles like in the north side on West Broadway.

Let me tell you about this experience. So I walk in, and there are only two people in front of me, so I wasn’t expecting a long wait with at least 5 employees. WRONG. This wait babe me time to notice the overflowing garbage cans, the ketchup smeared all over the condiment area, and the annoying guy at drive through who refused to even get napkins when the two female employees on counter and fryers were swamped.
20 MINUTES later, I finally got my Pico guacamole burger, only there is no Pico or guacamole. I brought it back up and the women apologized and took my burger back to fix it. You could hear the argument between her and her male counter part who swore he put everything on this burger. Eventually, I got this back–cold, and with all the other fixings in a mess outside my bun. No apology issued. Nothing.
I could barely get through my burger, I was so disgusted with this place. I hope I have the foresight to never go back there.

They do a great job keeping up with a lot orders and still tending to customers in the lobby as well as door dash orders. Emily was very courteous.
