Whoever the night manager is up, Front, she is extremely rude. Do not understand why they have somebody that has poor customer service and just plain rude to people for no reason be a manager She Should be back on the grill where nobody has to see her and listen to her. If you don’t like your job that much then quit nobody’s making you work at McDonald’s that’s the crazy thing!!!!! Definitely need to find somebody that actually enjoys talking to people, not rolling their eyes. And this is not just a one time thing this is every time she has been working.

Top Flight Security dude likes to harass Doordashers about parking in the Curbside/Mcdelivery spots in the front of the store. Very unprofessional. Doordashers help the business that pays you operate efficiently and that’s not the way you treat delivery drivers.

Would give it a 3 overall it is clean. Staff always forgets food when going through the drive through. Now because of the kiosks there is no one standing at the counter anymore. So I can’t really rate the staff.

This mcdonald’s the drive through is behind the building where you are approached by a bunch of people.Begging for money. the staff make you wait in line 45 minutes at the window while feeling extremely unsafe with the people begging for money after seven p m.The lobby closes so the uber delivery drivers show up at the delivery window while you’re trying to get your delivery.I have never felt less unsafe in my life. i would highly avoid this location at all costs. if you like feeling unsafe unvalued, then this is a location for you

I swear this place can never get the order right, I ordered some things worth $35 dollars In total for 2 of my sandwich’s to be missing, no sauces, drink half way spilled at the bottom of my bag and my apple pie burnt and hard. It honestly sad cause this is definitely not the first time this has happened, at that the “store” would not pick up the phone after calling 5 times. I was able to get a full refund going through McDonald’s customer support but at the end of the day it was just sad cause this store has no care In the world about your order… Changes need to be done or the store needs to be shut down. I only gave two stars due to the fact that my refund came within 10-15 minutes.

honestly a waste of business space and air. the employees AND managers don’t stick to the business hours. they NEVER stayed open til 12am or 1am for years. they stay til 12 but ignore customers for the last hour. ordered through the mobile app (order can’t be cancelled if they start preparing it) at 11:03pm tonight on a sunday just large fries. pulled up to drive through less than 5 minutes later and the girl said “oh i don’t see the code you gave me” told her what i got, she asked for my name, and she said she saw it now and to pull up 2nd window. sat at 2nd window til 11:15 before trying to get their attention. the 3 workers kept cleaning like they didn’t hear me and the man in the pics signaled to me no. the girl SPOKE to me asking for my info at the speaker but ignored me 2 seconds later when i got to the window. they had a line wrapped around the building and all 3 employees just left after ignoring for an hour.
