NEVER thought I would give a McDonalds a review. Let alone a positive one. Whoever was working tonight deserves a raise! And if I ate in.. I would of tipped every employee $20. 1st time in over a decade. EVERYTHING was on point. We got what we ordered. Fries weren’t half full but exactly what you would expect. Sandwiches weren’t lacking anything or over the top on mayo. Had 2 happy meals and they had different toys! And multiple. I’ve never been happy getting McDonald’s and we rarely go. But they did so awesome, I had to write a review and wish I’d eaten in-house to show my appreciation to the staff. Give whomever worked tonight MAD props!

I go there for breakfast every Wednesday morning with my daughter. I order a sausage McMuffin with egg and I order it well done which means the McMuffin is toasted twice.
Every time I order, I remind them what well done is. They always forget and they always tell me that they told to cook.
Normally I just eat it and move on with my life but it’s getting irritating please just cook your McMuffins correctly.
They used to come standard with a crispy muffin. Now they come standard soggy and I barely heat it up muffin. It destroys the sandwich.
I can get this quality of sandwich at a gas station and microwave.

This has to be one of the bottom 10 McDonalds in the state. I’ve been here numerous times because I live nearby. It’s ALWAYS about 3 times the wait of any other McDonalds. That happens from time to time, but this is every time. The staff is routinely abrasive and and they’re frequently out of items. Just find food elsewhere.

They never have “featured items” on the menu, “sold out”. Orders are consistently wrong at this location. You order a large and receive mediums almost always. Completely done with this location, my daughter isn’t happy, but Culver’s is way better anyways

So, so much better this time. Food was fresh, small hiccup with my burger but was quickly corrected and again made fresh. I was very happy, compared to my last visit; this time was great. Thank you!
Worst experience at this location, ever. Time to change the frier oil, my chicken wrap was missing the chicken because it was all burnt breading and dry burnt meat. Just horrible. I don’t care if I have to wait but please don’t serve me over fried burnt and sloppy food. So disappointed this visit.

I just ordered 3 spicy snack wraps and a large fries for me and my girlfriend maybe 10 minuites before they closed I got home with the food and realized they gave me 3 ranch snack wraps instead of the 3 spicy ones. I was gonna go back and get my correct order but now there closed and I’m pretty upset about it. I regret not checking very closely what I got in my bag. I just wanted what I ordered.

Typical McDonalds for the most part. This location recently did a major remodel which truthfully is a major disappointment. They made the lobby area smaller and it is very modernized and gray. It is not the welcoming family friendly environment that it once was. I wouldnt be doing this review any justice if I didn’t tell the absolute reason why this location gets a low rating though. I have on several occasions received food with hair in it, I am not sure if employees dont wear proper hair restraints or not since there set up no longer allows you view of the majority of the kitchen but it is absolutely gross and although they have corrected the issue and remade the food, the issue should NEVER have existed in the 1st place. The hair has happened at least 4 notable times. Wrong food has been part of my order several times, again corrected with little to no question but it simply shouldn’t happen. Last but not least the front counter no longer has a menu board which makes it extremely difficult to order if you dont want to use a kiosk and the employees do not typically monitor the front counter so if you do want to order there I suggest flagging an employee down and not just waiting in line.
