I get it. It’s a McDonald’s. Having said that we’ve been to McDonald’s restaurants throughout the country looking for a quick breakfast. This location consistently gets our order correct and has the food ready for pick up within 10 minutes. Kudos! I wish every other McDonald’s that I’ve been to was as consistent.

Placed my in app order at 7:40. Arrived in the drive thru to pick it up at 7:50, and was met with silence. Pulled forward to interrupt a worker making out with his gf. He came to the window and said they close at 8, and still had to clean up. Maybe McDonald’s should offer better pay so they can acquire half competent employees. Never coming back.

I don’t usually go to McDonald’s, but the experience here was great. Super friendly staff, Nitza was excellent helping us figure out ordering with our newly diagnosed food allergies and Charlotte was a busy bee making sure everything was clean and that we could find anything we needed. Very clean, professional, and friendly!

This is supposed to be a #1 without pickles and onions. I have to dispute the charge on my card because the manager, Zack, said the only way to be refunded is to return to the store, I am not wasting my time when I could use that time to get some food I can actually eat. The employee that took my order was James, he was rude and had me repeat my order 3 times only for him to still get it incorrect and this is after I saw it displayed correctly on the screen, so he even went back to change the order. Seems as if they are messing people’s orders up on purpose, I would not recommend this location under any circumstance, and this is my first time coming to this location.

Good but getting inconsistent. One day, my sausage egg McMuffin is nicely toasted, the next day it’s barely warm… one day it has the grill seasoning in nice proportions, the next it’s absent.
Drive through…. time to take a few minutes to train the staff running the microphone… slow down and speak clearly and loudly. Put the microphone by your mouth, take the time to talk to each customer clearly before you jump to the other lane. This is gettung out of control. You can barely understand the people running the drive through anymore.

Never thought I’d be writing a review on a McDonald’s lol but honestly, I’ve been a big fan of McDonald’s for a long time and almost all locations have gone downhill. The fries have no salt, foods not made as well, etc. but this location NEVER disappoints. Friendly staff, orders are always right and they make it better than the rest. Give this team a raise and have them teach the other locations in MN how to do it.
I’d drive past others just to get mine from here.

I ordered $5.29 Grandmas Mcflurry. See the picture of it. Straight from the drive thru window. I asked if this is how it looks like. She the lady said yes. . So disappointed.
