P.S. Get ice cream machines that arnt constantly out of order please. Im speaking for all The ice cream lovers out there.
The service has declined since the order kiosks went in. I saw several people waiting a long time for a cashier to come help them, though there were many employees at the drive thru area(which is their primary focus now). Customers in dining room are on their own, unless you shout out. Can’t assume someone will greet you or offer assistance anymore. Gone are the days of “How may I help you?” You must speak up and get their attention. Unfortunately, I watched several polite elderly customers waiting patiently, standing in front of the register for waaaay too long, being ignored. Sad. If you’re not tech-savvy McDonalds is unwelcoming and challenging.
They also charge for any, every type of sauce now, and prices have really gone up! They got rid of their soda fountain and you can’t even get your own water.
I went to a McDonalds in Lakeville and it was similar- a new formula with less employees, more tech, on your own. It’s a cold, unfriendly model, but where this AI world seems to be headed.
Customer service is becoming a thing of the past 🙁
The $1 difference isn’t the issue its the ensuing temper tantrum from one kid getting more than the other.
I’ll probably get one of those “we need more details yada yada yada” replies, but maybe a business model built around having 15 and 16 year old kids running your stores is the reason you had to raise prices on everything to scalp the few remaining people that eat here regularly.
First of all, I can never understand the lady in the drive through, and it’s always the same lady. Additionally, she has difficult time understanding people’s orders. The language barrier alone is enough to make me not want to come here. Having to explain my order 3-4 times is really annoying.
Second, EVERY time I go here, something gets screwed up. Today I had to turn back because they forgot sauce. This happens almost every time. When I got back to work I realized that both of the ranch snack wraps I ordered were spicy. The fries were cold and unsalted. The other person’s double cheeseburger meal was cold and missing cheese.
We really need to bring Burger King back to Jordan…
Corporate needs to send in a couple of fix it people, because with as bad as this was I can’t imagine they are cleaning properly or following food safety at all. Also, based on how many horrfic reviews there are for this location, we are not the only victims. Please do something, before someone died of food poisoning.
After ordering from the drive-through and spending 20 minutes on the line, we got to the door to pay for our food and the lady read the food list to me. It was supposed to be two snack wraps, but she mistakenly put one on the computer, so she told me to move forward and someone will attended to me. We were on the line for another 10minutes and the lady came and told me that my order was not In the computer. This rude lady started repeating herself to me and telling me that maybe I did not understand what the other lady was telling me andmy order is not in the computer. why I told her that the lady at the first window put my orders in, but told me to move forward because she couldn’t change my one snack wrap to two. This lady started being all rude to me and yelling at me in the car while my kids were in the car. My first daughter was trying to explain everything to her, but she still doesn’t want to listen and told me to leave the line.
