Lately, every time I’ve ordered takeout from this McDonald’s (21835) in Medina Minnesota, there’s been an error with my order. Based on the past experiences with takeout, I now check the items on the spot to make sure everything is included. Today I ordered a big breakfast with hotcakes and found scrambled eggs and biscuits were missing. This store used to occasionally have missing items, but not as frequently as lately. Now, McDonald’s items are more expensive, smaller, and thinner, and constantly missing items or toppings. For example, my previous orders either lacked couple of nuggets or the bacon burger was missing bacon. I really don’t know if it’s a problem with McDonald’s, the store’s management, or the employees. If you ordered takeout, it’s best to check it before leaving.

Every time I make an order online through the app, they mess it up. Either I dont get 20 of my nuggets, or they forget the sauce, or they forget some of the fries, or the most recent Experience, which was last night.
I ordered the spicy deluxe Mcrispy meal, along with other food, and come to realize after getting home that they gave me the regular deluxe Mc crispy meal instead of the spicy. I called immediately and was told I could come back to get the right order. I couldn’t come back the same day.
I came back the next day, (10/3), making a trip out of my way, to get the meal that they messed up, and the manager would not give a free meal card or anything.
He simply said well we just made your meal again for you free. I had the inconvenience of having my meal made wrong. Then having to come back the next day to get the correct meal.
Thats horrible Customer Service and I hate the fact that this is the closest McDonalds to us.

This location is so stingy. You have to order large fries to get the amount of a medium. Their sodas are always low with syrup which makes them bitter and gross. It really sucks that this is the only option in the area. This has been going on for a long time, not sure if it’s due to new ownership or management but this location is terrible.

Ordered at drive thru, got wrong order and told an employee. Got wrong order again and didn’t want to wait because it was mostly correct. App has no way to get complaints through or get a free entree like other apps.

When did McDonalds lower their standards? No paper place mat for the trays, the drink machine doesn’t have ice…..mmmmm warm pop and the big mac value meal is $8. I should of just went to a restaurant my meal came to over $10. I could have went to Denny’s and had excellent service. Did I mention that I stood there waiting to be serviced for like 3 minutes before the manager even noticed me? At least the girl in light blue was hustling to get stuff done.

I (shamefully) eat McDonald’s multiple times per week and have to say I’ve never had a bad experience at this location. Food is ALWAYS fresh and hot and my order is correct every time. Whoever is running this location puts others to shame.

Like the fries and some of their sandwiches. Sadly prices are getting to high for fast food. More like classy place to eat. I would usually give 4 star, but last two times went it didn’t settle well.
