Great, friendly and happy staff! Even after a bunch of inconveniences I ended up very happy and smiling. The dining area was closed and I had chose counter pick up because I was driving a larger vehicle but luckily their drive thru has a 9 ft clearance and I was able to go through with no issues. Secondly they forgot my hash brown but I hadn’t gotten far and turned back around and they gave me a bag and to my delight they gave me two to make up for it.

I went to this location at 9am 2/2/2024 through the drive thru. Worst experience ever! The drive thru didn’t ask if I was using my McDonald’s app, it took a very long time to get through the drive thru line. I order a side of sausage patty and a hashbrown. When I got to the window I had to ask for a receipt and they forgot my hashbrown and I had to go in to ask for it. When I went inside I was ignored and it was hard to get attention to ask someone to complete my order. The food was for my crying hungry son. The food was cold and the hashbrown I was given going inside to get was old and the sausage was dried out. I had to go somewhere else to feed my son.

The customer service was absolutely awful. We waited five minutes only for the guy to get our order wrong multiple times. Also, we got charged twice. At least they fixed how much we pay.
TLDR: Took way too long to order, got our order wrong, accidentally overcharged us but fixed it.

Waited 25 minutes for food with two little kids while watching other people walk in and order food and get served before we had anything. The scrawny manager is a real big man sending kids home in tears that were excited to get McDonald’s. Never again will I waste my time not money at this store. Fire that scrawny long haired manager.

Lately the last four months have had nothing but issuses with this location. Anytime I order on the mobile app never goes through and they don’t recieve it on their end supposedly.which is weird cause usually goes through on my end so end up having to cancel it. I decided to order one last time this time door dash. They cancelled my order not door dash just an fyi I got a message stating it. I’m so done with the location.
